We love coming here for breakfast and recently started coming here for lunch. The prices are decent and portion sizes are nice. Most of their waitresses are very nice and helpful with any questions or requests you have. Highly recommend their omelettes as well as the Eli’s Big Breakfast. You get a large amount of food for a decent price. Seating is mostly booths, but there are a moderate amount of tables available too. They offer freshly made desserts daily and their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. They also accommodate when my husband asks for no salt on his fries for dietary reasons or when I ask for sugar free syrup. Parking is shared with other local businesses, but enough to where you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding a spot.

Our sever Marcia was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu! She made the experience great for my family. The food was absolutely delicious. I love small restaurants like this. Their food is always so good. I would definitely come back. We only had breakfast and I bet their lunch and dinner is just as good! Overall, great experience.

Been here a few times for breakfast and it’s consistently good, wanted to try lunch today and it too was good! Their menu is HUGE so we purposely tried 1 Italian dish (chicken parm) and one Greek (Gyro/ with soup) both were delicious. Service is always friendly love the outdoor seating although I wish they banned smoking.

Stripmall breakfast..chik n waffles were good but some reason the chick was cut in half. If it’s to see if it’s done they could of used a meat probe. Coffee was good but the real winner was the bread store next to this place.. go there..

My wife, father-in-law, and I were looking for a place to grab breakfast on Christmas Eve. My sister-in-law suggested Popi’s Place, and I’m so glad she did! We stopped in around 9:00 on December 24th, 2024. There was a good crowd but a few tables were still available (by the time we left it was almost completely full). It has a classic diner vibe, and was nicely decorated for the holidays.
I ordered the corned beef hash with two eggs over-easy, home fries, and their homemade biscuits. It might sound like a lot of food, but I tend to work up an appetite during the holidays. Everything was delicious; especially the homemade biscuits! Make sure to get the biscuits grilled, it takes them to a whole other level. My wife loved the Hawaiian Omelette and grilled biscuits. My father-in-law got the Eggs Benedict. He must have enjoyed it because he cleaned his plate!
The have a coffee bar featuring a wide variety of options including Cappuccino and Lattes. They also offer smoothies.

Popi’s never disappoints us. We typically hit this spot after church for breakfast or brunch. The staff has been working together for a while and they’re super friendly and you can tell they care for one another and their customers. The food is hearty and always satisfies. The restaurant is always clean and it’s always service with a smile. Thank you for taking care of your customers the way you do. The best restaurant experience is when you are made to feel like family and we always do dining here.

One of the BEST Reubens I’ve had anywhere! My wife’s Gyro was excellent as well. Outside dining is available, but it’s in a plaza parking area so atmosphere could be better, BUT they more than make up for it with friendly, efficient service. The staff doesn’t forget you’re out there! Too nice to be indoors the day we were there but the inside is clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely go back to next time we’re in Anna Maria Island!!

As someone that cooks, I feel appalled at the prices and the food quality, if you are going to charge me $14-15-16 dollars for an omelette, the food better be good but it was almost not for human consumption, my hash browns came out soaked in butter, soaked! Meaning they didn’t even finish cooking it properly and slapped it on the plate, we paid over $60 dollars for food I could make myself 10 times better and at half the price, beware of what you order but this is my last time at this establishment, very disappointed.

The service by the young lady Nefelli was truly wonderful; she was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about the menu. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the food didn’t quite meet expectations; it lacked flavor, and unfortunately, my plate had chips that weren’t quite up to standard and needed to be discarded. They might consider updating their dishes. Though this visit wasn’t my favorite, I appreciate the staff’s kindness and hope that trying lunch might offer a better experience.
