Guess I won’t be going here anymore. The service was bad the restaurant was a mess and when I asked them to clean the counter before they put my food down, they didnt clean it right so the manager had to come and clean it . The soft tacos were so thin . Rip pitiful. Should have got my money back was on my way to work.

The mexican pizza is my all tiime FAVE menu item. Its everything all in one crunchy, cheesy, beefy goodness. However im not sure what it is but neither one of the taco bells in this area(southport and thomas) can get it right. One locations grease is sooo bad the shells come out horrid. The new location idek what to call it. The beans are waay too thick, i believe they used the wrong sauce, red instead of pizza sauce, the shell was mid burnt. its just not ever made correctly this time it wasn’t even cut. I have a pic not sure how to add it. The one on Thomas has also been great now the last few times ive been its just not riight.

Do not waste your time or your money at this Taco Bell they serve you food that should have been trashed. The cost of food is to high to not get good fresh food won’t be going back here and I advise you to never go new location that should be shut down already. Who the owner is need to fire the staff and start over or just go out business.

I ordered a supreme dip and an Carmel apple empanada. When I got in my bag, these “chips” were on the bottom! I’m traveling and couldn’t just turn around and go back to get it fixed. I had to stop at another TB to have them fix it. To top it off the beans were cold. Weren’t even hot enough to melt the cheese! I realize you’re a new store. But it only takes once to make a first impression. And you failed miserably!!

The worst experience at any Tacobell. Food was nasty and the shells / bowls tasted burnt like they made them in old oil. Got home with our $32 order and was missing a lot of our food. Thinking about calling our bank to dispute the charges. Nasty Food for sure.

Grilled cheese burrito is not grilled (completely uncooked) and the cheese is falling straight off of it. I was given not even 10 chips. For the amount of time we waited I assumed it would all be great like the one on Thompson. Already failing in every aspect and yall just opened.

Ordered party pack and burrito plus fries. Everything was hot and fresh. The tacos were actually tacos like the commercials. Even amounts of meat cheese and lettuce. Been a long time since any taco bell has served like this. Will come back!

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Food is also terrible, they never have what you ordered online and the restaurant will not let you order what you want instead as a replacement because they don’t want to ring it up. You will pay $6 for a flat and flimsy burrito worth $1. Workers always have an attitude. Literally looked like the places had caught on fire tonight with how smoky it was in there. Definitely stop somewhere else if you’re looking for good Taco Bell!
