Extra pickles? Huh, wonder what a regular order looks like. The food is always good and the service is always nice I’ll be it, very slow cuz they’re really busy and totally understaffed. But they always, always, always forget one thing on my order. Without a doubt, does not fail, every time one thing. It’s kind of comical as I do keep coming back but…I’ll be back.

Do not order for them whatsoever, and especially don’t do it delivery. If you even get your food, it may take about over an hour.Even though the driver is on its way to you. So when you get your food, it’s cold and disgusting. Their customer service is no help and they just want to reply with the same information over and over and over again. Do not waste your time ordering from this place cuz, i’ve heard if you go inside.It’s as bad as ordering delivery. Then, they never get your order, right. You order a large macaroni and cheese, and they give you a small. Had happened multiple times. Then, they want to give you a credit, which why would you want a credit to have to use their horrible service again. I placed an order through door dash for a 16 piece mild family meal with an extra order of Cajun fries and a gallon of sweet tea! What we received was an 8 piece of spicy chicken with a few spicy tenders, 2 small orders of mashed potatoes (not the family size) and a cup of sweet tea!! So no fries, no biscuits, the spicy chicken is old and enough tea for 1 person! When I called to speak to the manager because this was a $70 order I got a very condescending manger on the phone which basically told me I was lying! We will never order from there again!!!!

I used to love it. However. One major, MAJOR bad experience blew it. Not only could they not figure out a simple order, the manager was rude, arrogant, and definitely made it clear we were a bother.
The $35.00 order turned into a $65.00 order even after correcting three times. Even then I had to return as they did not give me a portion of the order I finally paid for.
The sauce was all over the bags but not on the meat.
My compensation? An offering of a $5 coupon.

Don’t go this Popeyes if you don’t want destroy your day. A black woman, who was working around 6pm today, has really horrible attitude problems. Even though my online order was beside her, she hasn’t answered and ignored questions even teases customer having a chat with other employees.

Popeye’s has a good menu and usually good food even if it’s slow. Their customer service sucks. They take chances on drive-thru set ups that other restaurants don’t and it shows. In the Tacoma area I know of 2 that are set up so horribly that their people can’t hear so they just guess at what you said instead of taking time to verify. Our orders are wrong by at least one item every time and usually by more. Their people are friendly but badly trained. In the last 5 years I have had one order done correctly. For the money charged for the higher quality and better meal choices it still doesn’t work out. I will start at Safeway on “cheep chicken Monday” instead. At least they listen.

This Popeyes is absolute garbage. Decided to give them a try again after not going back for over a year and they still can’t remember to put the sauces in the bag, even if you pay for them! Won’t make the mistake of giving them a chance again. They also only gave me a teaspoon of gravy for my entire side of mashed potatoes.

The lobby was closed due to “low staffing” on a Thursday evening at 6:30 pm. There were 4 people visibly working inside and yet we still sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes. The staff there was wonderful and cheery and doing the best they could with a shitty situation. Definitely a management problem as it’s been the same almost every time we’ve gone there.
