Got an italian hoagie with fries & a BLT with fries
Got the food home, the BLT had two slices of bacon, that didn’t look like bacon, the lettuce was super gross, there was no fries with the BLT, the Italian had NO cheese, no lettuce, and no dressings, (I added the mayo as seen in the photos) it was soggy bread with meat, and a tomato that was bad.
Called & explained the situation to ask for a refund, and I was told that it’s “my responsibility” to check the food before leaving, which is totally understandable, and they did offer a refund. However, is it not the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure they’re serving food that is correct, and will not make people sick, or give them food poisoning? This order was definitely rushed because when I got there, there was only two people in the entire restaurant..
Extremely disappointed. I didn’t even eat, and the BLT was picked at.
Definitely not worth $30

We stopped here for lunch. We had a turkey club and eggs and bacon. The food was good but the service was very slow. They offer a wide selection of baked goods. We bought an excellent loaf of homemade bread.

There is an issue every time I order from here. My co-workers and I order lunch from here every so often. It is only 1 of 4 food options around this area. We try to avoid ordering from here because as much as we can.

Orders are never correct. Today they forgot half my order. The staff…not all, but most are not friendly. There is just a negative vibe when you walk in and it usually gets worse when we realize things are incorrect.

They refuse to split bills even though we tell them who each order is for when we call. The staff is rude about it and flat out refused to do their job.

If you can avoid this place, please do.

Good food, we had a mix of breakfast and lunch and all three selections were very good. Our server Berta, was prompt and the food was prepared quickly. The atmosphere is typical diner, but is quite large and can seat quite a few people. They do have a lot of homemade baked goods available to purchase such as pies etc.

I have eaten here many times hoping for a good experience. Your not greeted with a smile or hello, your greeted with a dirty look like your imposing on them, the entire staff including management has bad dispositions and are very unfriendly. Not a friendly place to eat. There’s no thank you’s no matter how courteous you are to them. Wait times are all over the place, customer satisfaction is not a priority. Food quality is low and often improperly cooked. The salad bar only has a few actual salad items and are usually old and not fresh. The meat sections are usually way over cooked and barely edible and low quality. Their iced tea doesn’t taste fresh brewed and tastes like chemicals. The baked goods are pretty good and usually the only reason I end up eating there.

Stopped as usual for a cup of soup . Husband got the hot roast beef sandwich .
The chicken soup has noodles and broth but no chicken . The young waitress was very nice.
I asked at the counter if somehow I missed getting any chicken in my soup . The older waitress and owner both spoke up “we never put chicken in our soup ! It’s been like that for 20 years !!!”
Then stared us down as we retreated !
Also …
They charge if you use credit cards like it really costs them extra . The prices have risen to the point that I think they are making plenty to pay the 3% plus some .
When I worked I would stop there often but so many times I felt unwelcome . Like it was a bother to wait on me .
Why keep going back ?

We are staying at an Airbnb nearby.
This place popped up as a place to get breakfast.
Ohmygosh. The food is so good and the prices are good too.
The waitresses were so friendly and accommodating.
My child is on the spectrum and ordered spaghetti at 9:15am.
Our lovely waitress made it happen.
The omelette was HUGE.
Shall I venture these parts again, I’ll definitely be paying a visit here!

My wife and I stopped by the restaurant for lunch while on a road trip through Pennsylvania. We had a great lunch with very good food, large portion sizes, modest prices and friendly service. I had the steak salad ($13.00) and my wife had the lunch special ($8.25) which included a large bowl of bean & ham soup and a grilled ham & cheese sandwich.

We heard good things about Curt’s so we decided to give it a try. It starts with a special of kraut dogs with fries. I think I’ll have that. Sorry we’re all out. Ok my sis wants onion rings and coleslaw. Waitress returns, we’re out of onion rings. Ok fries instead. Comes back, we’re out of coleslaw. Never-mind haha. Wife orders combination sandwich and potato chips. Sandwich is burnt to a crisp and the chips are all crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Roast beef meal was fine and the prime rib sandwich was tasty, but there wasn’t any meat on it to speak of. More Mayo than meat. Service was ok but not very friendly. Waitress was eating at the counter and I had to flag her down to take the order. Once she took the order she stopped and ate some more before turning it in. Prices are high and they limit you to refills on pop and iced tea. The drinks cost $3.15. Fountain drinks cost a restaurant about a penny. So go figure. Anyhow, it was clean enough and all, but the food and service did not warrant a return trip or a recommendation.

Pretty good food at reasonable prices. The salad bar is basically lettuce, tomatoes and onions with dressings. There are 2 soups on it as well. The desserts ans baked goods are 100% amazing!
Staff was very friendly yet efficient at the same time.
