I have been to Culver’s in several states and overall love it. I was happy to find one in Florida where we may be moving to. The food is always good. Service can be hit or miss depending on the time of day and the personal, but overall it is good.

Excellent experience with Wesley Chapel Culver’s. Lots of favorites. The deluxe hamburger is always delicious. I’m not really a chicken tenders person but their spicy chicken tenders are fabulous. And the crinkle cut fries are great when hot. Also the pretzel bites are winners. I go to this location several times a year and I have never had a bad meal.

Our new favorite for a quick, satisfying meal! The ButterBurger was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the cheese curds were a perfect, gooey snack. Ending with the frozen custard was the ideal treat. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We love supporting a spot that gives back to the Wesley Chapel community. The last great Culver’s in our area!
Wireglass Ranch Culver’s burgers are hot and fresh!
Over time the other Culver’s in the area at the Outlets and Zephyrhills have degraded in quality and their burgers are usually barely warm.
I am pleased to say that Wireglass Ranch Culver’s has maintained the quality Culver’s is known for with hot and tasty burgers!

I had a really disappointing experience at Culver’s today. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to get it fixed, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. In particular, “Megan” i believe her name is, proceeded to have an attitude towards my children when they asked to redeem an ice cream coupon.
I understand that everyone has tough days, but customer service is a big part of why people choose to eat out. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet basic expectations. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works on improving both accuracy and customer interaction.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Culver’s. When I tried to do the survey and redeem my scoop/token, the staff became very rude and angry. They sighed, rolled their eyes, and acted like I was being cheap. On top of that, they stare at you while filling your cup to make sure you only get water. Combined with burnt burgers and terrible service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. Management really needs to address this behavior.

Bathrooms were out of paper towels and not as clean as I have seen in the past. Wasn’t that crowded at 4:30 pm. Out of the ordinary

Really disappointing experience at this Culver’s.
The food was not fresh, my burger was barely warm, and the fries were soggy. Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy.
But the worst part was how an employee spoke to my child. My 8-year-old son accidentally dropped his drink, and a worker aggressively told him to “stop horsing around.” The tone was harsh and completely inappropriate, and it scared him.
Accidents happen, especially with kids. There is no excuse for speaking to a child like that.
I won’t be coming back.
