Came through drive thru. I get home & i have no biscuit, utensils, napkins, nor the sauces (hot sauce & honey) that i asked for. Worst part, the MANAGER was the one fixing the orders! My soda tastes like carbonated water too.

I really hate to have to make this review but I came to the drive thru ordered a simple leg and thigh 6 dollar dinner meal . Hesays I only have two thighs left I respond thats fine mind you there are two people in front of me then I pull up he tells me all they have is chicken breast and it will be a fifteen minute wait so I politely say ok leave to drop off food I ordered else where to thebkids and come back 15 minutes exactly only for them to tell me its gonna be another 5 minutes only for it to take another ten I grabbed my food and left no apology no sorry for your wait no nothing I am actually fuming but I’ve been working on turning the other cheek the ch8cken is good the service is horrible go to a different location if you can they always don’t have something but this one right here was too much not to speak up.

Can’t figure out how to punch an order in to save their life, even worse was, I was the only person in the drive thru. Gave me the smallest pieces of chicken, supposed to be a breast and two “chefs” choice according to their receipt. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. However it won’t happen again. (Jacks Owner) that responded to the review, you’ve said sorry on 90% of your reviews. Should probably flush the crew ad start over, or sell the restaurant.

There’s nothing worse than getting home and realizing they messed up your order! Ordered mashed potatoes and received Mac and cheese instead. It was tucked and closed in a large box so I didn’t think to dig through everything in the drive through to double check. So frustrating! Not to mention, the Mac and cheese I didn’t order was COLD.

I have lived by this location for 13 years and have rarely had an interaction that was less than great service considering the daily pressure they’re under as a food service company. I have stopped eating fast food but I get my trusted bag of ice every week!!!!

I hate this location. Staff is unprofessional and they have no basic customer service skills. I always place online orders for pickup. My food is never ready when I get there. NEVER! Having to wait over 30 minutes every time is beyond ridiculous. They should just do away with online ordering because it’s a joke. I don’t understand what the wait is for because the food is always old or cold. The staff don’t care and they play and talk about any and everything while customers are present. No sense of urgency or respect for people’s time. Spend your money somewhere else.
