I love these folks to death but I swear to God if they actually ever got my order completely right even a single time I think I would be so surprised that I would have a heart attack and die LOL
Very very nice employees, and fast and friendly service but I swear to God they’ve never gotten my order completely right even a single time haha. I really wish they would just slow down and take an extra minute or two and actually get the orders correct

This place was fantastic. I felt bad the poor lady and her crew was trying to hurry and make all the food and take many orders but she was a troop. There is a sweet, a little older lady that was tiny that works there. She was very vocal about our order and made sure to constantly let us know that itll be ready soon. We were out traveling to the avian place nearby so we made a quick stop to this wonderful place. Soooo fresh and soooo good. Thank you.

My mom picked up a $60 family meal here today for a dinner, and the whole experience left us really disappointed. The cashier had a rude foul attitude and even used crude words in Spanish, not realizing my mom speaks the language. When we got home and opened the food, the mac and cheese looked curdled, the chicken was bland, and the rice was dry. For the price, we expected much better quality and service.

We’ve tried & tried. Beans aren’t fully cooked sometimes, rice tastes like plastic pellets & the biscuits haven’t tasted the same. DRY & less buttery than we remember. Just the fries are worth another visit, but only if they are fresh!

I asked for pacific pieces that I wanted.
They told me that they choose the pieces since it was a special
I Just walked out.
Know I will never return.
There pre-scripted response tells it all ,that it’s just that and they won’t change their lousy customer service or their low quality in food.

I watched the commercial.
3 pieces of chicken for $5
and make it a combo for $3 more.
So I headed to my local Popeyes.
I got there and they said the 3 piece is $6 they know nothing about the commercial.
I just got the 3 piece to go.
Got home and was very disappointed..
2 wings and a leg.
Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Can’t wait to get the automatic, pre-scripted response.

Pulled up to the drive through : “hello…?? Do you have any biscuits cooking ?” “We have fresh biscuits” ok can I please 2 fresh biscuits?” Pull up to the window, the biscuits are barely warm. “Oh we made them 5 minutes ago” but there’s no steam no clear heat. They took the biscuits back through the window after I touched them to open and see if hot. “Do you mind waiting in the parking lot 10 minutes ?” Of course I don’t mind . Why not offer that option when I placed my order?

The food here is decent compared to other Popeyes. The service is okay but they were a little rushy and slightly rude at the window and there were no other people in line. But it’s about what you’d expect from a fast food chain…

Do not go here they got some of my order wrong and it was not good at all they gave me lemon pepper chicken instead of garlic and I told them I was allergic to the lemon pepper and they gave it anyways so I’m really really mad right now hopefully I could get a refund lucky I didn’t sue yet. My throat started closing up and I went to the emergency room.very furious!!

The lady was very rude when your first pulled up. Then I ordered for three people. She told me she couldn’t do severance orders. When I first pulled up, she had me wait for about one minute before she came back on to order. The chicken was so old the red beans and rice was horrible. Probably the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever been to in my life. I do not suggest this place to anyone.
