I just wanted to say that I have only been here a few times, however, both times, Service was Great, they will make sure that you get the correct sauce, that you like and the portions are generous for the price. I just left there, having a great experience & thought I should share this. Thank you Popeyes for another fresh cooked meal, without braking the bank!

I tried to give this Popeyes the benefit of the doubt since I recently moved here, work 40 hours a week on top of school, and usually order through DoorDash. However this location is incredibly lazy when it comes to food portions and preparation. I spent $50 on a DoorDash order for a large shrimp combo only to receive barely any shrimp and the food was extremely cold as if it wasn’t freshly prepared. Honestly, I dislike most fast-food restaurants in Pittsburgh and Antioch because they seem to hire lazy employees. The only response they ever give is a generic ‘I’m sorry’ with no real effort to fix the issue. Never again save your money and cook at home instead.

Please pick your food up and check it, you pay an extra $10 or more ordering door dast, please note this reviewhas nothing to do with door dash, because I clocked when door dash picked the order up. I ordered door dash many times like 30 times, three times my order was either shorted, the last time it was cold and shorted. If you’re not in position to pick it up, basically you take what you can get! Stephanie was great on my first horrid order and I’ve not be in to complete that replacement. I ordered agian yesterday door dash, not on dorr dash, everything was cold and the rice half done, has nothing to do with door dash because you can close clock when they pick up. They told me unless you have the food, we can’t do anything. Ok, well we were hungry, so we cooked the rice and heated the food that was supposed to be at least luke warm when we recieved it. Go get your food and check it!

The food was very good but had been excellent in the past, I’m hoping it was just an off day, because I’ve come to expect deliciousness here. The service is excellent, friendly, professional, swift and personable, and the atmosphere was clean simple and quaint with pleasant music, just runs a bit on the small side as far as space. I ordered a two piece chicken combo meal. And it was a horrible experience. I basically only got one big piece of chicken, that had an OLD taste to it. Not only that, but the bite I took out of the biscuit had a bitter taste. And the only thing I ate were the fries.
And seeing that I ordered it on Door Dash, it cost me a pretty little penny. $20.00 dollars to be exact. Smh. So I was left with, trying to figure out something else to eat. Which was very irritating, seeing it was already late 10:30pm.

Wow this place is so unorganized it is not even funny the pictures I took there is a line out the door. I went to pick up an order for doordash and doordash told me the order was ready. I stood there for 10 minutes while the cashier lady did three customers and ignored me completely. I tried to attempt to talk to other employees and they walked right past me and ignored me. This is not only disrespectful it is completely unprofessional! They need to get their act together this is unacceptable I had to leave and not pick up my order even though it was already ready. That is completely insane! There is no leadership in that place it is just a mess! If I were you I would completely avoid going to this place it is not worth the frustration and the long amount of time you will be experiencing!

We order 50pcs of chicken sandwich the other day.Our pick up should be 5pm today and they just completed the order 5:35pm and no apologize at all..the staff were no manners…we don’t receive any apologies from them for delaying our orders for almost 35 minutes..
