oh dear sweet jewels of Love let me tell you about Popeye’s chicken! the sweet lovely girl that took my order was nothing short of a darling even though she was not very short there was a also a very nice lady that gave me my food I ate my food at the gas station while my gas was pumping sweet juicy wonderful gas that was priced at the price of debit and not credit because I use my debit card not a credit card unlike other stupid gas stations please follow me for my awesome reviews and reviews of all different types of specially Mexican food bean and cheese burritos and absolutely no fake Mexican guacamole please! 123

I’ve only been to Popeyes once before coming to this location. My food was okay, although fairly expensive. However my brother ordered the chicken strips and got the wrong amount and told me they were still cold in the center. I noticed pink on the chicken so we just threw it away. Would’ve hoped for more thoroughly cooked food. I’ll be avoiding this location.

I’ve been coming to this popeye’s chicken for years. Order the same order, all dark meat. And for some reason, this time, Popeyes tells me this a custom order. This is the first time that I’ve been told that my meal is a custom order. Said it would be a 25 minute, wait. The girl working in the window that took my money was rude, crude, and uncouth. Not to mention that I am the only one in line, and it’s only 7 pm.

On 5/27/23 I had called to get some questions answered regarding the new ghost pepper wings before I drove to the store to get them. I had asked the woman on the phone if it was possible to get the wings all flats and she had told me yes. After arriving to the store the gentleman at the drive thru was very quick to say that he couldn’t do that and that I couldn’t get the wings extra crispy due to only wanting to get rid of wings that had already been cooked and were sitting under a heat lamp vs making them fresh. Once I got to the window I spoke with a lady named Donna who said that it was possible to fulfill my requests and she accommodated my requests spot on. This 5 star review is specifically for Donna and all of her hard work and wonderful personality. Her customer service skills will take her far. Give her a raise or a big bonus! Thank you, Donna!

The food is good but be prepared TO WAIT 30min to 1 hour at the drive thru. The chicken sandwich is really good costs 3.99 for the sandwich alone. Service was ok, but you can’t expect 5 star service at a fast food restaurant.

This rating is not for the location yet for one of the workers. I stopped at this location on my way home. Behind the counter, Alan who didn’t seem too happy to be there so with a frown on his face he took my order. I was trying to asked him about the app(I had a free dessert) I wanted to redeem with my purchase via app but it wasn’t taking my order so I asked if I just purchase would I be able to contact customer service at least to get my points. He said in a unpolite tone” I don’t know” like asking was bothersome to him. To make matters worse my so called plain sandwich was piled with mayo and pickles when I got home. I contacted the store regarding my order because I was hungry and to get an order I can’t eat was beyond frustrating. Noah was very polite and understanding. I was so upset with my food that I forgot to even bring up Alan. I would suggest that Alan be told to least fake it while he’s serving customers. As many times over the years I have stopped at that location I have never encounter such lack of customer service. I don’t have an issue with this location yet to Alan himself.
