I really loved the food. The chicken was so crispy and food. However, the staff specifically the cashier, were not nice at all. The cashier seemed so angry and mad at me for no reason. They even forgot to put napkins into my order. The men’s restroom door lock was broken also.

I went here to take advantage of completing a customer survey and get 2 pieces of chicken and a bisquit if a large beverage is bought. I asked the front counter woman if I could which pieces of chicken. She checked with the manager and was told only leg & thigh were given. If you return to the same store where you bought it, you could choose your pieces of chicken. I dined inside, and the place looked clean. It’s a small dining area, and customers are coming in regularly. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and tasted delicious. I’ll give this location on Baseline rd. & Ayala Dr. Overall 3 stars.

Food is great and prices are fair but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They are extremely rude and greedy with utensils, napkins, and water cups. And the last time I went, the POS (point of sale) register and app were down which prevented anyone from ordering at all. Their business practices are very unprofessional and I have never had these problems at other locations.

The location isn’t great but the staff was friendly and helpful. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon, and were served quickly and efficiently. The store is clean and orderly, but there’s no drive-through, so it’s a little hassle to get in and out.

I visited the Popeyes in Rancho Cucamonga today and was assisted by Julian – cashier. He provided exceptional customer service, although it was a bit busy, and he was the only one working the front as a cashier, he always maintained a positive attitude and was very attentive. I appreciate Julian’s great customer service. This is the type of employee and customer service that keeps a customer coming back.

This is one of the tastiest fast food places on earth. The macaroni and cheese alone is so amazing and the spicy chicken sandwich is my go to always crispy and I love their buns too. Love this place.

Ordered 4 thighs—got 1 thigh, 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 drumstick. My free chicken sandwich (in the app) wasn’t given until I pointed it out, and it was handed over in an angry, aggressive way. No hot sauce included. I came specifically for 4 thighs and left disappointed. Will not return.

LOVE THAT CHICKEN! Soooo good! Do yourself a favor and get it directly from the restaurant. I was planning on eating at home but ended up parking so I could DEVOUR this blazing hot, juicy, crispy, spicy chicken sandwich! Still good if you order delivery, I’m sure, but to truly appreciate it, trust me.
