Food was good. The service was so slow especially for noone being there. That had so much pressure cooked chicken but the guys who was putting out the orders had no hurry in him. Then he didn’t give us napkins silverware or the biscuits. He was a nice guy but he needs restrained.

This location is absolutely terrible. Whether it’s not getting the items you paid for, rude employees, or waiting 30-45 minutes for your food…one of these things is bound to happen. I avoid it for the most part, but every now and then I decide to give it a shot; hoping I won’t have a bad experience because the food IS good.

Unfortunately, my trip today was no different. Took me about 30 minutes to get through the drive through. To be fair, it was busy; but the line was moving veeerrrry slow. Because of all of my bad experiences here, I know to check the bag before I drive off. Sure enough, one of my sides was missing. I went inside to get it. When I walk in, there’s 4 different people standing at the counter. One mentioned he had been waiting 45 minutes, another 30. All I needed was the gravy I didn’t get, so I was hoping I’d get greeted and I could get my gravy quick and be on my way. 5-10 minutes went by before anyone even came to the counter.

TLDR; if you love Popeyes and bad service. Go for it,

It’s just sad how this is the only place that is open around the area after a long shift from work. This Is the type of quality that we get? Old, DRY and burnt chicken. This has happened twice already and I get it, You guys are closing or doing a last minute order. Because you can either say that you guys are no longer serving food OR There will be a wait for a fresh chicken instead of serving me the bad ones. Learned my lesson I should have learned the first time when they first gave me the Bad ones.

2 stars only and that’s a lot, very disappointing to pay for a almost $64 order online and pick up the order, but it’s not complete and then felt rushed at the window. It was our first time ordering online 4 combo’s & a shrimp tackle box. Tell me why, one combo was missing the biscuit, the mashed potatoes & red beans & rice on all 4 combos have less than half of the containers filled with the side items, I understand our economy is at its worst but if we have to pay more than why reduce the side items to one less scoop, that’s really dumb & a good way to run customers off! All chicken tender combos had at least 2-3 pieces of hard chicken like it was old chicken or had been under heat lamps way too long. The tackle box looked nothing like the pictures online & had about 6-7 shrimp only, the biscuit was hard and all orders were large, yet they gave me 3 large drinks and one small. I received the bag at the window but it was closed with tape, I asked lady at window for forks & spoons and the boat plates and she said it’s all in there, rushing me away. You think if you pay over $63 which is what a sit down dinner costs at Olive Garden, they’d try to make an online order right especially when it was before lunch time. Super disappointed… next time I’ll apply my money elsewhere…..

i wish i could give zero stars. No other location is this bad and that’s crazy given the nice area they’re in. This location needs a whole new team, new management. The manager laughed off my order as i came in two times to get it correct. I asked for fresh sandwiches where they proceeded to make us wait which i’m totally fine with until the sandwiches came out cold.. brought it back in and AGAIN gave a cold sandwich. It takes max 7 minutes to deep fry chicken, why were we here for 30? Why was it that hard to drop chicken fresh? I even saw another customer have to drive back to complain about their food. Corporate seriously needs to get a grip on this location.

Moderate joint for some decent fried chicken. This one has always been a quality staple close to my house and never backed up. If in the area stop by, you can’t beat the prices. And the chicken is really, really consistent. Never too soggy, never too burnt. Always the perfect crispiness always juicy.

My order got taken by someone else and my order from here was completely canceled. I get it stuff happens but still. I even tried to call to see if I could talk to someone for even just something and I couldn’t even connect with them or reach them at the store. Something about mailbox id and the pound key. 🙁 and I love Popeyes too

I ordered from this location today, and instead of receiving a meal, I found a dead bug in my drink and soggy chicken. It was a complete waste of $22. As of August 11, 2025, I have not received a refund, and customer service has been giving me the runaround.

The restaurant is located close to Tesla charging station, so we paid a visit. We got chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, and a thigh. All of them were very good. It was very crispy and crunchy on the outside and very juicy inside. They were very generous with the sauce.

The restaurant gave us the wrong order at the beginning but they admitted the mistake and fixed the problem very fast without any hassle.

I should have just eaten my $10.85, it would have tasted better. 3 piece tender was one scalding hot clump of questionable looking “chicken,” biscuit like a shoe sole, cole slaw could have been hamster food. And no napkins in the drive thru like I got no where to be. This was my last attempt at this place.
