Our first time here , heard about it from a friend. We loved it!! Building is has some very decorations in it , old signs , old toys , and antiques. Service was very friendly and fast . We had a great waitress, she was very friendly and checked on us often. The food was great , we started with some calf fries . The chicken fried steaks was crazy big! My wife had chicken, it was very good too ! Can’t wait to go back and try other items on menu.

I come here often because the food is great and the ambience is cool with garage signage and gas pumps and what not, just wish the wait staff were more personable, out of the five times I’ve been there I’ve had grumpy waiters always makes me feel like I’m a bother and inconvenience. The one highlight is the really friendly dessert lady, definitely is a great example of how the wait staff should treat customers! Also be aware there is an extra fee for using a credit card!

As we were traveling up to OKC, we had this cafe pop-up on our GPS. We looked through their menu and decided we would love to try their food. It did not disappoint! This is the best cafe/diner we have ever been to! We had their chicken fried chicken as well as their catfish. Everything was fresh and crispy! The amount of food that is given to you is criminal; it will definitely keep you full for a few hours. This cafe keeps their old-fashion ways of seating yourself and paying for your meal at the counter. The waitress was nice but only came to get our order and to bring us food which was whatever because the food was a 10/10.
The restaurant had a vintage country theme to it with various metal signs, taxidermy animals, and other memorabilia. There are various booths and tables, but you do have to come at a decent time before the rush or you won’t find a table. Overall, if you are ever in the area, take the time to come here!

Very nice place with a rustic feel to it. The food was wonderful. If you have read my posts, you know I love a good chicken fry. Chicken fry here was huge, and the breading was very well seasoned without the oily aftertaste. I like my okra really fried, and they didn’t disappoint. Okra breading was well seasoned, also. The service was excellent as well. We’re already making plans to go back.

Our 1st time eating last night. Wow! Very impressed with the food, service and atmosphère! I had the fried catfish. It was the best I have ever eaten!! Perfect seasoned, I loved it! The hush puppies were cooked perfect too. We also ordered chicken fried steak. This steak was huge and delicious! The portions are enough to bring home a left over box. Our waitress was Carla she was courteous, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Love this place. Five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been coming to Sonnys for 20+ years, from when it was in Wayne. I have never had as bad a service as I had today. So bad we chose to walk out and we told them why. My suggestion to them is get rid of the waitress that was suppose to wait on us. It will save your business. At least acknowledge someone when they are sitting there even if it is to say I will be with you in a moment. And smile for goodness sake. Won’t be back if she is there.

A crying shame. This place used to be a great family spot to eat a decent meal but now its dipped in quality. The food is mediocre while the prices haven’t adjusted to compensate. Customer service isn’t anything to brag home about but the one thing that I cannot get over is the lack of kitchen etiquette. The last THREE times my wife and I have gotten food here on our lunch breaks there has been what looks like beard hair in our food! Once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence but three times shows a consistent pattern in poor kitchen hygiene. As a chef you either need to shave it off or wear a net!!
