I absolutely love Mexican food! If Yelp gave an award for most reviewed Mexican food establishments, I think that I would make the top 25 on the list. Therefore, I was ecstatic when my wife shared with me that we were going to meet our family on her side for lunch at Juan’s Flaming Fajitas and Cantina. Aside from being a Mexican restaurant, I was also impressed with their 1K plus – 4.5 star rating! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly employee who ushered us to our family of 10 whom were already seated.
After browsing the plethora of options on the menu, I opted to order the Chimichanga with grilled chicken and green sauce. If I was in the mood to drink, I would have ordered a margarita. However, I can say that I enjoyed the few sips of my wife’s Cadillac Margarita! While waiting for our food to arrive, the servers assisting our table did a great job of checking in on us. Less than 20 minutes later, our orders were being delivered to the table.
Although there were many options, I was very pleased with my order. Not only was it flavorful, but it was a generous portion size…which is a rarity being that a lot of restaurants are cutting portion sizes to save expenses. By the looks on the faces of our family members, I could tell that they enjoyed their orders as well. I did observe a nearby table having the flaming (literally) fajitas delivered to their table and thought, “maybe I should have ordered that!” However, that provides me with the perfect justification to make a return visit next time my wife and I are in North Las Vegas!

This is an excellent restaurant in N Las Vegas. The food is amazing (and of course the flaming fajitas). The staff, wow! Exceptional! I’ve never been to a place that has such an amazing staff. I had the fajitas, my son had a chimichanga, and his wife had tacos. All delicious.

Jaziell ? sorry about the spelling..gave great service today when I stopped in after church..all the servers and employees at Jauns are the best in the city..I had Chorizo and Eggs served with beans and rice and choice of Tortillas.. and they are made on site so gresh and good….from the complimentary chips and salsas and fideo soup to the main course is perfect..the food was delicious..Brunch plates arrived a set price and include a choice of drink that is listrd..I had a mimoso ..and it was good.
the food is good everything but it is the staff that brings me back k again..I am in by myself usually and to have the friendly staff stop and say hello or check on me really makes me feel good..
the chorizo was hot and good with the right about of chorizo to eggs..very tasty..rice and beans are also great..i have been for dinner many times and had their great specialty flaming fajitas..tableside..Jauns has 3 places in the Valley I have been to 2 numerous times and both are consistent and the same…the one on trop and on Centennial in the north..always good always consistent..they also have a cantina which has tables or you can sit at the bar..plenty of sports on all TVs throughout the restaurant and the bar area and they also have gaming.
The decor is festive and clean. and can accommodate a large group..they have 2 rooms in the dining room anf the big Cantina too..You will not be disappointed everything is good at a fair price..also a kids menu on hand.

We ordered New Mexico enchiladas and Guadalajara special. Started with complimentary chips with two kinds of salsa and creamy refried beans to dip. Next was the Fideo soup, which was fantastic. The entrees were both cooked to perfection with outstanding sauces. For dessert we had sopapillas with ice cream and strawberries. My wife loved the Cadillac margaritas and my beer was the perfect drink to have with the meal. $90.00 before tip and worth every penny, service was extraordinary. We will be back.
We returned and brought some out of town guests. It was even better than the first time. The shrimp fajitas, birria tacos, and carnitas were great, but i could eat the fideo with every meal! Everyone loved the fideo. The young lady Susie, who was our server made the meal even better, she is a class act. We were all a bit smitten when talking to her. Every member of the staff was kind and professional. Next month my in laws are coming to town , and i cant wait to take them here.

The service was spot on. Our server was Marcos and he did an excellent job with the table side guac. Gracie, the bar back, stopped by a couple of times to make sure all was good, as well. My wife and I ordered the fajitas for 2 and it came with sour cream, cheese, pinto or refried beans, and pico. Don’t forget to get the deep fried ice cream for dessert.

The food was so good. Filling, flavorful, and fresh. We ordered the fajitas for 3 which were massive and the perfect set up for our group. But I have to say, the service was top notch. Nahomi was our server and she was so kind and attentive, along with the rest of the staff. 10/10 experience.

10/10 and then some! Everything about the experience is something to recommend. The server Jaciel was polite, prompt and accommodating! My family and I were visiting Vegas and so glad we decided to try this place out. The food portions were generous and the drinks were made with the perfect touch of alcohol to mixer. If you like good food and service then this is the place to go!

Best JFF in the valley. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and very attentive! Best service I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Big thanks to Daniel and Miguel who really went above and beyond. As always, the food was delicious!! No matter which location you go to the food is top notch and the portions are generous. But the service here at the northwest location is what makes them the best in the valley!! Thank you for making this a great birthday my mom!! We will be back!!
