Fantastic food! Fresh and hot! It’s hard to get breaded chicken that doesn’t just taste like grease. This chicken was so good! Crispy and flavorful! The restaurant is spotless and the crew is amazing! First time in and my whole family of picky eaters is happy! We will be back!

Tried giving this Riverdale location a couple of chances. I’m done. Chicken is always overcooked or something. It’s stringy and dry. Popcorn shrimp is just breading, the smallest shrimp if you do find one in the box. Uber eats order

We had a bad experience at this location about a year ago. Our food tasted like cleaning products and was inedible. I genuinely liked Popeyes and decided to give this location another chance tonight for dinner. Bad move. The chicken was old and overcooked. I had asked for spicy and got the regular chicken instead.
The service was good enough. The workers were polite and service was fast. However, I was so disappointed in the food quality. As much as it costs to eat out nowadays customers should expect fresh, well prepared, quality food.
Two strikes…there won’t be a third. I guess we’ll stick with Costco chicken from now on. I’ll sprinkle “hot salt” on it to make it “spicy.”

If you must eat Popeyes, don’t do it here. Go to 12th Street location for a slightly better experience. Or better yet, go to any other restaurant. I wish I could give negative stars because of Popeyes support chat being bad too, but the one star will be sufficient for this location at least.
I’ve had more problems than not with this location over the years. Whether they’re still accepting online orders after they inexplicably closed hours early, or they’re serving poor quality food, they never fail to disappoint me. My most recent visit was such poor quality food that I finally felt like I needed a refund. I’m very lenient with fast food in general, but this was just extra bad food.
The Popeyes support chat bot offered me a partial refund of $1 or $3 credit. I don’t want credit because I don’t want to eat here again, and that refund is insultingly small. But you HAVE to choose one of the bot’s offers in order to exit the chat to be able to start a different chat with hopes of possibly connecting to a human agent. The human agent says they can’t help me because I chose one of the bot’s bad offers, even though I had no choice. Then they shut me down with their policy, but then say they’re transferring me to someone who can help after I insisted on the injustice of the policy and the situation. No more response to my emails though. I think they sent me to a dead end just to be rid of me.

Went there once and ordered a sandwich meal, they gave me something completely different, like some sort of chicken box meal. Went there again and asked for a singular regular sandwich. There was no one in line. She said it would take about 5 minutes, or 6 or 7….. Im so over that joke. I just left. Would not recommend. Layton Popeyes has better service last I checked

Worst fried chicken place I have ever been to, paid 24 bucks for a box of Deep fried chicken bones. Most expensive dog food I’ve ever bought. Almost 0 edible chicken and food was overcooked. Headed to bed with an empty stomach and empty pockets.

I just went into this restaurant and first the people working did not even acknowledge that I was waiting for quite some time. I could understand if they were busy but there was maybe two customers in the whole place. Finally when I was acknowledged, I ordered a four piece combo, spicy , and I was told I’m sorry we only have three pieces. No, it will be a few minutes or anything. Why ask me what I want if you don’t have anything. If you don’t have food, why even bother being open. 1:30 in the afternoon. Terrible service. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m sorry, this was not okay. I get being busy but this place was not.

If I could leave less than a star I would. Every time I order from this location something is wrong. Simple instructions ignored I asked for no mayo on not one but both chicken sandwiches and received mayo sandwiches with cold chicken and no pickle although clearly marked on the package no mayo only. Chicken tenders and wings were more dry than the Sahara and cold as ice also missing the fries and coleslaw I paid for. Save your money go to chick fil a or something. Not that anyone will read this review but they will not get another cent from me!

There was no one in line, we order a chicken sandwhich and bonessless wings plain and some fries and the sirracha dippers.. we waited for over 10 min to get our food. Once we got the food..it was cold and soggy. Had the food been hot and fresh, i wouldn’t have cared for the wait. But it wasnt. They forgot our drinks and the sirracha packet for the chicken. We hadn’t been to popeyes in years and this just made us not wanna come back
