I am a doordasher and had an order here I had to pick up. When I pulled up I walked to the patio and waited for the carhop to get done talking to the customer so I could let her know which order I had. She immediately tells me I need to go inside or use the drive thru to pick up my customers order. I go inside only for every single worker to keep looking at me and walking past me while nobody says anything for a few minutes. I leave and get in my car because at this point I’m just gonna use the drive thru since it was obvious none of the workers inside were going to help me. The drive thru line was long and when I finally get to the speaker, the who greets me doesn’t give me a chance to speak to tell them that I’m there for a DoorDash order. Instead Ethan tells me that they aren’t taking any orders for 10-15 mins and then disappears. I sit there for over 20 minutes before somebody else comes on the speaker and asks what I want so I finally get to tell them I’m there for a DoorDash order and then they tell me to pull forward and immediately hand me a bag that’s cold to the touch to take my customer. I’ve been doordashing a long time and I’ve never been as disrespected and brushed off as I have at this particular location. I won’t get anymore orders here if I can help it. I understand the restaurant was busy but there’s no reason for me getting ignored that way. I wasted a lot of time here waiting for a DoorDash order that came out cold and affected my delivery rating. If you don’t like your job then quit but I seriously hope this location gets it together.

Came here after work, they had 1 car in the drive thru so I figured I’d get my food pretty quickly right? Absolutely not. I placed my order of a chicken sandwich and small cheddar peppers, now I knew I’d be waiting at least 8 minutes (since chicken takes 6-8 minutes if made fresh) and since they’re slow they probably didn’t have chicken ready to go (or it’d dry out and all, used to work at sonic so ik first hand) well I ended up waiting 30 minutes, the only person in that parking lot at 2pm, the food was fresh yeah, but how did it take them at least 20 minutes to start on my food when they had no other customers??

This is a terrible sonic. Their screen was on, but the button wouldn’t work. I had to make a Sonic account and then it did not give me a half price drink. A flagged somebody down and they said that I have to call or talk to management. I talked to management through an employee who said they could not help me. I had to call home office. He said they could’ve helped me if I would’ve pushed the button, but I pushed the button eight times and it did not work. Stay away from this one.

After waiting fifteen minutes for a bag of ice at the drive through window, I finally left. Only three cars in parking lot when I pulled in. This location has service that is much slower than other locations.

I go to this sonic often, because they are the only sonic that seems to know how to properly cook a grilled cheese… Then this happens, I ordered a few grilled cheeses and then they arrived the cheese was not melted at all and still in it’s slice form, I could see the two slices of cheese (usually it’s melted and gooey) so I asked if they could remake them. The guy was super nice and said sure no problem we will make sure it’s melted, and of course they are not toasted this was the only one that was half toasted. It’s literally bread with melted cheese on it. Is definitely an odd texture in the mouth never have I eaten a “grilled” cheese that wasn’t grilled. It was super soft and gross. Not to mention the girl who brought us the remade sandwiches had a horrible attitude and I ended up just leaving and not eating.

Make sure to get toppings on the side. If not they’ll dump the whole bottle on there. Seems like only thing that’ll be done ‘mostly’ right are the drinks. Oh well. Ordered via the app too.
