Joining the great debate of who has the best chicken sandwich, I’d have to say Chick-fil-A, hands down. However, my experience at this Popeyes might be a one-off. Maybe this Popeyes, compared to other Popeyes, is a ONE on a scale of 1 to 5, and others rate higher. I don’t know, I haven’t been to any other Popeyes. We waited a long time to be acknowledged with nobody in line. Smelled greasy inside. No tables were clean, and it felt tired and ran down. All the food was lukewarm at best. The best thing was the mash and gravy and the biscuits. The chicken sandwich and fries were just warm, not crispy. Cajun fries taste good but could have been much much better. Not impressed.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. First, our whole order was stall and tasted like it has been sitting out for awhile. Second, the mac and cheese smelled like bleach and tasted like hand sanitizer. Also, they forgot a portion of the order. We went back to the store and told them the issues with the order. All they did was refund us for the food that they forgot to give us. They even smelled the mac and cheese and also smelled the bleach but they didn’t even refund us for that. Save yourself some money and do not go here.

This was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. When my family and I walked in, it was completely empty other than a good handful of employees. We should have recognized that as a red flag and left at that point. My chicken tenders were questionable at best. The biscuits were hard little rocks. All the food looked and tasted like it was made several hours before, if not the day before. The soda machine was completely out of service. I really hope this was just an off day for this location. Popeyes is usually good but I won’t be going to this location again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I used a discount code from there website and their staff failed to enter it in at the point of sale. When I review my receipt and addressed it the staff member acted as if she did comprehend what I was saying so I asked for a manager. The “General Manager” Bratzo argued about the validity of the code and continued to argue you with me about it for several minutes refusing to refund my money. I asked for his corporate contact information and he refused to provide me with any information. He told me that he does not report to anyone and to google the information if I wanted it. They asked me what sauces I would like and I told them hot sauce, ranch, and BBQ and they gave me one packet of 2 different kinds of mustard. Not only that, the food was cold and disgusting. This place is always dirty. The soda machine is sticky and good luck finding a clean table to sit. The drive up always has long wait times. For a newer location,the bathrooms are gross. I will never go to Popeyes again. I googled there corporate number and they tried to make me download there app to get a refund. I just got finished telling you how gross my food was and how rude and incompetent your staff is and you want to give me a gift credit for more gross food at a place that will ruin my order and can’t cook? That only made me more frustrated.

We stopped in 5 minutes before closing, and although they were busy cleaning up, they still handled our order with friendly smiles, and invited us to remain in the dining area untiil we finished our meals. The drink machines did not have much to choose from, but I attributed that to the time of oour visit. There were no sauces added to the bags, but they brought out a free apple pie to the senior with us for failing to offer the senior discount to her. So warm and friendly… and the food was good. Thank you!

This place needs help. While the employees were courteous and helpful, the restaurant was very dirty. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The tables and floor were dirty. The Coke machine was sending out dirty ice, big black chunks of debris. The food was average at best. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t go back.
