Friendly staff, quick service even on a busy day with a constant line inside and out the whole time we were there. Met with a friend for coffee, spent over an hour in the store and the staff never had down time and still greeted everyone with a smile, the manager was stepping in where needed and taking orders as well. Both bathrooms were out of service during this trip but overall had a great experience.

I purchased 4 times & from 3 different staff. I only got 3 times my points. The 4 time the 3 staff had their back facing the counter. So I made a noise they did not turn around. So I said excuse me then one turn round & took my order. Did not give me my points or my receipt. I went & asked for it. Got the receipt but no points. I could not make a screen as I was on a meeting at the place.

Where do I begin? This is my first and last time trying Dunkin. The iced cookie butter latte that has been on every social media post peeked my interest. I watched a video and took notes on how to order it. In the social media video the Dunkin employee taking the order seemed to not be mad at the world. I felt like my experience would be close…. Well it was the exact opposite. When I got to the speaker I asked for a cookie butter iced coffee. As soon as I said it the person said, “so original iced coffee with cookie butter cold foam?” Again I’m trying to copy someone else’s order and that’s not what was said to them so I’m a little confused. I asked for 3 brown sugar & 3 cream. My sister loves Dunkin and for years had been telling me to try the avocado toast. Well that seemed easy to order. When I go to bite the toast it’s so hard my teeth can’t get through the bread. Instantly I messaged my sister and asked if it was supposed to be that way? She said no, it should be soft, warm, and delicious. That was not the case for mine. What prompted me to give one star was the cookie butter donut. It was the best of the 3 items ordered. Just never again. I poured the Coffee out and threw out the toast. I don’t go to work to throw my money away. I should have read this location reviews before ordering.

The workers seem so focused on mobile orders they don’t seem to have time to help actual customers in the store or drive thru. As I stood there waiting for my donuts I watched as they made drink after drink that kept piling up for mobile orders but didn’t actually get the orders together for the people waiting.

This is a review over the past few times I’ve gone to this Dunkin. Most times are fine. But half the time the coffees they make are messed up. I have to ask to have them remake a drink or they will tell me it’s like that. Or when I need to ask a question I have to flag someone down.

This last time is my fault. I ordered online with little time to get to work. I should’ve ordered in person and with enough time to check my drink.

I ordered my drink online, got there within 15 mins and my drink looked more empty than usual. I didn’t have enough time to ask someone to remake it or add more coffee in fact the other employees ignored me.

If you go to this Dunkin on raeford make sure to go with extra time to request a remake.

This was about $5-6…it was marked as regular ice. And I understand if it melts……but it shouldn’t be that empty.

First time here and never again. Came to pick up an order for a friend and place an order for myself. The cashier, Laura, was rude, rushed me and tried to throw the total at me before I could chose my second drink, and gave me the worst attitude when I asked if my drink comes blended or over ice. I was told she didn’t know, that she never had it so she couldn’t tell me. My drink, the Churro Latte over ice, was bland and tasted like any other iced coffee, definitely not worth everything I endured to get it. I will never come here again.

They were extremely rude. I waited in drive-thru to pay for about 10 mins. When the woman came to the window she said they were “short staff “but it was three of them in there and I was the only car in line.

Employee forgot to put headphones in for the drive thru. Should have put a sign if they didn’t want people ordering through the drive thu. I understand if they are understaffed. I was waiting forever outside and just gave up. The 2 cars behind me tried and also just drove away. I had to go inside and ask if the drive thru wasn’t working then she told me she forgot to put headphones in. They asked my order name and didn’t have clue where my order was. Was waiting for a couple of minutes til i got my drink which was sitting near the drive thru melting.

My food was very undercooked and the wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous. Waited all that time and could not eat the food. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Dunkin. Also was my first and last time coming here.

The food and drinks are great 95% of the time. The service is always iffy. You never know weather the dining room is open or not and if it’s not the drive thru extends out onto raeford rd. They need more employees or something, not sure. Sometimes it looks like they have the normal full staff and just don’t feel like letting people in. Either way they need to find a solution.
