The morning staff is so good whatever they’re getting paid is not enough! The food is ALWAYS fresh, even at 11am when there’s no one else around, the food is made correctly, the service is excellent, I’ve never had anything forgotten, only complaint is sometimes the rice is a little crunchy. They are amazing. The evening/night staff on the other hand… they don’t make the food right at all, they serve old food, they leave things out, they serve some food/drinks that aren’t even consumable. Wish the consistency could be a little better

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The food was absolutely perfect in every way. I used the mobile app to order my meal and it came out very quickly. There was only one car in the drive through and it moved so fast. I think I had my food in under two minutes. If you have had a bad experience with Taco Bell in the past, I recommend you give this place a try. I also wanted to point out the employees were so kind and professional really elevating my experience.

I have to say, I came through the drive-thru and I knew it was a stupid question to ask but I asked if they had hot chocolate An obvious no, but the wonderful girl did say they have hot coffee … as it’s 10° outside☃️ I said yes
I asked for cream and sugar and may I say this is some of the BEST coffee I’ve had ☕️

This is one of the most convenient fast food options when craving tacos. We don’t typically choose Taco Bell as a restaurant of choice, but we were traveling and this Taco Bell ended up on our list as we were craving the locos tacos. We ordered the new Big Cheez-It(R) Tostada and several locos taco supremes. The new tostada was quite good, it had the flavor expected in the cracker and the toppings were good with it. The avocado salsa verde packets were extra but gave the tostada and locos tacos extra flavor. The locos taco shells were all cracked which seems to be the typical disappoint of the crunchy tacos to-go. We made sure to fire sauce and the salsa verde to give the flavor of the tacos a little kick. I normally don’t say the tacos are quite delicious, but this drive-thru order exceeded our expectations and everything tasted good. We did add nachos to the order and the chips were fresh and was a nice compliment to the tacos. Service at this location was very nice and we ate in the parking lot as we were on a schedule. Good food and good experience. Though Taco Bell is a good late night crave option, lunch was good.

Learn to read simple directions. I swear to God. I am so sick of my food being wrong. Something as simple as no sour cream should not be that difficult. If I don’t explicitly make a big deal about how important “no sour cream” is after also saying no sour cream please, I get freaking sour cream. It’s even on the ticket. So please, take the extra second and make sure it’s correct.

I am so sick of everytime I go on my dinner break at work on ft drum and order from this place it takes either 15-20 min to actually get my food when I ordered ahead online. And even if I do get it in a timely fashion it is literally always messed up. I’m either missing something or it’s not even what I ordered. And offering me expired coupons for a free taco doesn’t even come close to making anything right. I had worked food service for over 15yrs, this is just downright annoying to have to deal with. I get an occasional mess up, but every single time is unreal.

This Taco Bell is pretty awesome! My order has always been right. The food is fresh & hot. The staff is friendly, which is weird to say for a Taco Bell, but they are! I’ve never been met with an attitude from anyone here. This is rare! Also, the drive-thru is pretty quick. We all order a thousand tacos +++, and they get it done, timely. I’d recommend this Taco Bell.
