I cannot for the life of me figure out why the lobby plays the same song over and over and over again. Completely ruins the jazzy vibe. I’m confident we listened to it at least 15 times while we were eating.
Spicy chicken sandwiches are always delicious, but the breading seems to be saturated with grease sometimes. $5 for a solid chicken sandwich is pretty awesome though.
The fries tonight were crazy fresh, which was welcomed. The mac and cheese was decent, but maybe a little mushy and bland.

I think this experience of eating . a popeyes is no longer the most pleasant. the taste is an aberration it seems that I am only eating flour with oil. It’s not chicken. the empty restaurant and all the dirty tables. clearly you see the closure of many stores to continue like this .. I will never go back to eating at my favorite restaurant.

I hate to leave a bad review. However, Popeyes corporate was pretty awful to work with. I had received a credit card as a gift. I went to make a pickup order online, but when the total was $2 over the amount of the gift card, it would not let me pay the difference. It asked that I add $5 to the card to complete the purchase. So, rather than doing this, I canceled the order and went to the restaurant to place an order. When I did this, the gift card was declined. They checked the balance, and it showed as zero. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket. I wrote Popeye’s customer service, and they told me that it had been converted to an e-gift card, and I had to use it online. They also refused to compensate me for any portion I had to pay out of pocket, for their technical error. I really do enjoy the food here, and would be willing to offer more stars, if I can get this issue rectified.

Good food and service. Restaurant is relatively clean, but the music is horrible. If you’re dining inside, be prepared to listen to the same *not* authentic Louisiana song over and OVER and over again. Seriously. The same annoying song is on repeat. And loud. It was hard to enjoy our family gathering because the song was sooo loud.

Second time here and the food was stale. It seems to be a reoccurring issue in the other reviews I’ve read now too. I ordered through the drive through. Fries were stale and the popcorn shrimp was mostly dried up breading. Barely any shrimp. What little bit of shrimp I did get was so dry. They also didn’t give me and sauces. Not even butter and honey for the biscuit. Also the portions here are horrible. The fries are supposed to be the side. Yet I got wayyy more fries than I did shrimp. Please review this location and fix these issues. Second photo to show the “shrimp”. I crushed it up to show there was no shrimp inside.

Went inside to order takeout so we could also pick up one of their frozen turkeys. Had to wait 25 minutes for our food while they prioritized the drive thru and Uber eats pick ups ahead of us. Food is usually good but this time was overcooked and dry.

Terrible terrible quality. I didn’t know I was ordering chicken jerky and a cup of just old cheese. Not only that, they forgot some items and gave me wrong dipping sauce. For it being a newer Popeyes you would think the service/quality would be better.

The spicy chicken sandwich is still the one to beat. Their chicken is way better than other similar chicken places. The Cajun fries are also fantastic but the real highlight is the spicy chicken sandwich. You should get it and then get it again.
