First off, the young lady who took my order was very polite and efficient. The Whoppers were cooked and assembled perfectly and the French fries were nice and hot! We only had to wait a few minutes for our order. The restaurant AND restroom were clean. The only problem was that ALL of the diet/zero coke dispensers were “spitting” as if they were almost empty. So I had them fill our glasses from behind the counter.

The food was fresh, hot and quick. Everything was made perfectly and the employees did their jobs well enough. Things look a bit rough on the inside and could probably use attention from the owners.

I had a remake from a previous time coming here. I spoke with the manager Jerrel on Tuesday, who stated he wrote my name and number down for a full remake of 2 whopper meals. I came back on a Sunday at 4:15 and was told he didn’t write it in the book but my food would be remade. I was given a cold burger with hard buns on both. The manager acted as if it was our fault. She told us this would be the only remake or she would charge. It wasn’t our fault they were incorrectly making the food each time. Customer service was just horrible.

My wife and I visited this establishment yesterday for a quick lunch. We entered and had lunch there. The service was exemplary and very friendly!
I’ve avoided Burger King because their French fries SUCK! But, giving then a chance, I ordered onion rings as a substitution for the horrible fries that all Burger Kings serve.
The whopper was awesome, the onion rings were freshly cooked and served crispy and hot!
I 100% recommend visiting this location.

Wasn’t given a receipt and was overcharged about $5 or so! Drive-thru cashier was rude and when asked about our order, she said I don’t know! Really you’re working in the drive thru supposedly assisting companies and all you can say is I don’t know! No manners or respect at all! Food wasn’t correct or got!

The service has gotten extremely slow. I ordered an iced mocha and a sausage biscuit this morning. The iced mocha tasted like watery milk and the biscuit was dry and hard. I’d rather pay $$ at Starbucks than spend money on food and drinks that I have to throw away.

The Keyser location needs to be shut down until they can find good professional workers! It’s ridiculous that EVERYTIME I or my coworkers go to this location we either never get our food and have to request our money back due to the wait time in line in both the drive thru and lobby or we get food that’s not prepared as ordered! Waited 29 minutes in the drive thru for an ice cream cone to only get a cone inside of a cup and quickly found out the ice cream was completely melted

Burger King you used to be my joint. When I wanted a good meal you were my go-to. What happened? The fish burger is a no! You are doing well with the Impossible Whopper, but can you add an Impossible Croissant or biscuit? I do still have love in my heart for you, I’m keeping hope alive.

3rd time my Complete order was not in the bag. Got all the way home and my kids food was not in the bag 2 times.. had to go back. 1 time looked before leaving the parking lot and was missing a burger. Had to get back in the drive thru line.
