Service and food are pretty comparable here. Boneless wings with honey bbq were hard as a rock. Fries were old and stale. ordered Mac and cheese never got that and service absolutely sucks. I’ve given my 3 chances. Don’t waste your money here

The chicken tenders are the best! Perfectly golden, juicy and crisp to literal perfection.
Plenty of options for sides, but of course the Mac/cheese or fries is the best in my opinion.
They always give you plenty sauce to dip.
The team is incredibly friendly and service is pretty quick!

I enjoy the chicken here but I am seriously struggling with the staff. My order has been wrong at least three times. Tonight my friend went to the drive through to get us some food. He was there at 10:30 pm. They close at 11pm. He tried to order chicken strips and they said they were closing soon and didn’t have anything prepared so it would take 7-10 minutes to cook. That was a weird comment, since it was just a 5 piece chicken strip meal and they were supposed to be open another 30 minutes.
They asked him what flavors he wanted and he asked for half and half, and they said they couldn’t do that, he had to pick one flavor. So he ordered classic with lemonade and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.
They asked him to pull to the second window and while he sat there, they served two other cars. He continued to sit there and no one came, so he finally backed up to the first window to ask for help but no one would come to the window. The staff member walked past him at the first window and went to the second window, so he pulled up and got his food finally. It took 20 minutes to get him his food. He paid on his receipt at 10:33 and the sticker on his bag says 10:51. After he got here, he realized they didn’t give him his side of mashed potatoes and gravy. We both tasted the lemonade and it tasted watered down. The biscuit was crunchy as a saltine.
This past Monday night I ordered boneless chicken wings for my kids in the drive through. They were so tough we literally couldn’t eat them and I had to throw them out. They messed up our side dish as well.
Previous orders they haven’t given us our sides of bbq sauce.
I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with this location. I’ve never had these issues at the other Popeyes in Post Falls.

I’m so happy to say that the quality of the food at this Popeyes is much better than the Post Falls location that went up a few years ago.
Here, the the biscuits are not dry and they are buttery like they’re supposed to be unlike the other spot. The chicken sandwich is crispy and fresh such a better experience and so glad that this location is here now.
Only downside was that when I had to go in the lobby to get sauce that we forgot to get from the drive-through, nobody was manning the counter and even came to see what I needed until somebody had to ring somebody up from the drive-through so I had to wait for quite a while. There was no way to get anybody’s attention since they were all working in the back to fill orders, which is understandable I don’t know if they were short staffed or what, but that was the only reason why I gave that atmosphere a 3.

Did a mobile pick-up order. Large orders of their shrimp box and surf-n-turf box. Did not get correct drinks. Did not get our sauces. Food was ok, but certainly not praiseworthy. Can’t really speak to atmosphere, obviously. Service was…well not terrible, but definitely just going thru the motions. Might be willing to give them another try in the future, but probably won’t be for a while. For the cost of their food and meals, I would expect at least a decent effort in fulfilling their orders accurately.
Ironically, have had zero issues with our several past visits to Freddy’s right across the parking lot. Perhaps that Popeyes location should take a few notes..
So far, definitely disappointed with this location.

Don’t typically leave reviews, but being hungry and then not enjoying the food experience as a first visit does not leave a good initial impression.
Giving two stars for now.

One star ONLY because the food was decent. I’ve been here multiple times hoping I get a better experience but man I’m let down everytime. I Pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 mins for someone to great me and got nothing. I began to ask if someone was there after saying hello multiple times and was met with silence. After more than 30 mins of waiting I straight up told them be ready for me because I am pulling up. After pulling up and waiting another 5 mins i was finally able to speak to someone and I asked if they were short staffed or having issues. The girl replied with “it was a lunch rush” were were there at 2:40. I was finally able to place my order. I waited at the second window and was Given the wrong sized soda, to which I questioned the size of the up coming meal. She told me I asked for a regular even though couple mins before she said “sides” to which I told her BOTH fries. She corrected everything and after 41 mins I left with food.

I only order the fried chicken thighs so I cannot speak for the rest of the menu, but their fried chicken is so good. We rarely eat fast food and this is the only fried chicken I will order when homemade not an option that day. The thighs are fresh and juicy yet perfectly crunchy flavorful breading. Based on their fried chicken, I am surprised by the low reviews regarding the food. Service has always been fine, even though only 1 visit to date at the new PF location.

Our food was great . We ordered online through the app and so when we got there, they told us through the drive-through that it was going to be a long wait, but thankfully for us we had already ordered.

Went to this location for the first time. The food we got was hot and fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We only waited about 10 mins before getting our food. I witnessed the staff checking over items to make sure we had everything we ordered. My only little disappointment was no honey or butter for out biscuits and barely any gravy on the mashed potatoes.
