This used to be one of my favorite places to go to get some chicken. Not after today. At 8pm, you can’t eat inside. The staff are seen just leaning on the counter through the drive-thru window. Still sitting here, 30 minutes later just to exchange my day old Mac and cheese that they served me (charged 50 cents for it as well). Couldn’t even get a simple drink order right. I mean, how hard is it to pour a MANGO lemonade? All of this for $34? Nah… next time I’ll go to KFC. As I sit here and type this review, I can’t even enjoy dinner with my husband. #nevercomingback

Always receiving an attitude with a side of an incomplete order you paid $30+ for. You ask for the simplest things with your order & you still get missing items in the order or barely any. Especially the fries or the Mac & cheese. The quality of food here is horrible & they don’t seem to care on making any changes for the customers. Hopefully this place closes down & is replaced with a better establishment.

It is my favorite chicken and I will drive 45 minutes to go there from my home. The last time I was there my order was wrong. I asked at the window specifically if this is what was in the bag they said yes it was not. Had to go inside to get my order and still when I got home 45 minutes away I realize I forgot my mac and cheese. I called they can only honor a replacement for 30 days. I will continue to go because I love their chicken not sure if I will be able to get back in 30 days though

The food was good. My 5 piece chicken tenders came with 7 pieces. The weren’t stingy with dipping sauce either. I like lots of ranch so u was 5 of 6 sauces and some places charge you for more then one but they gave me a good handful, 2 days in a row so it wasn’t just one person having a good day. Make sure you give them a try.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our experience was awful. We put in an online order for pickup at 820pm. Not only do you have to wait in the drive through to pick up your online food order but it took them until 935 to have our order ready. So we waited well over wait time, with our 4 kids. As if that wasn’t bad enough. We had several missing items. So frustrating with 4 hungry kids who have waited an hour and 15 min past pick up time. Also there only way to resolve issues is by referring you to there app to then discuss your problems with an automated online answering service.

Was gross. The breading isnt seasoned so it just ends up as a crunchy grease sponge. The quality of chicken was worse than Tyson chicken. Even McDonald’s nuggets are more tolerable than this. Got the 24 piece. Only ate 5 pieces before I couldnt stomach any more. Maybe the fry oil was too cold or needed to be changed? But still, that doesn’t explain the quality of the chicken nor the bland breading

Kid at the counter was nice enough, and took our order quickly and accurately. However, the soda machine had zero ice and we had to get back in line to get some from the drive thru machine. Literally every table in the lobby was covered in crumbs and many tables also had fries on the floor under them. We came in just after 7 and it was not busy at all. There really is not an excuse for the lobby to be like this.

Overall enjoying coming here and food is good. Today stood out as they didn’t include my fries or tea. So I went in and was pleasantly greatest by one gentleman and handed my tea. My friend came in and said I didn’t have my fries in my combo, a younger guy came up with an attitude and asked for the receipt which was provided. He rudely put the receipt down and got my my fries….which wasn’t as many as there usually is. Not friendly at all.

The food at this popeyes is almost double the price at any other location I’ve been to in the United States. I for the life of me can’t understand how this is justified other than people in the area may not now how much it should cost and are being price gouged for some reason (over popeyes chicken seams crazy). Fried chicken is supposed to be a CHEAP and delicious meal especially from a place like this. It should not cost 20 dollars for a 5 peice tender meal!
