I Went to Popeyes, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, ordered my food, they had me park and wait for my food. Guy said ” we need to make more filets, it’ll be about 6 minutes ” I sat there for another 40 minutes waiting for my food. Then when I get back home, I found that they marked the wrong sandwich as spicy and my pregnant wife that can’t have spicy food almost ate the spicy one. Then my sandwich had nothing but bones in it. Extremely displeased and I will be going back to get this corrected once they open back up in the morning.

Went here the other night and the place was clean, nice and cool walking in and feeling the cold A/C hit you after being in the heat all day is an amazing feeling. However that’s when things went downhill I ordered the chicken tender combo I was helped almost immediately upon walking in and paid for my meal. It took them about 40 minutes to make my meal! The drive thru wasn’t that packed and the orders that were “ahead of me” were not very large either. Me and 3 other customers waited forever to get our food. When I received my order the food wasn’t hot it was semi-cold. The employee who handed me my meal didn’t even apologize for the wait or reassure me or the other customers that our food was being made. I wanted to go back in and let them know that my food was a bit cold. But I decided to just head home and heat it in the microwave. Management needs to work on training their workers better. It’s a fast food restaurant and if you train your kitchen staff on efficiency, communication, and teamwork that kitchen will run smooth. I don’t blame any of the employees whatsoever because I wasn’t the only one waiting a long time for food. It’s the management that needs a rework and perhaps the kitchen and service staff would do a lot better

A restaurant that is fully staffed? In 2023? What??!! Thank goodness this company has hired Vonnie (sp?) and CeCe (sp?) and all of the current crew! They were much needed and are fantastic at their jobs. Vonnie was very attentive to each customer and CeCe was making sure the back and drive thru were running like a well-oiled machine. The back was hustling to get the orders out. Kudos! As a frequenter of fast food establishments I am usually very critical of the entire process. I have reviewed this location before and it did not get a very good rating. Mostly because they were either always out of chicken (during COVID) or the wait was 45 minutes. I understand why there are long wait times for chicken. NO ONE SHOULD EAT RAW CHICKEN! I ordered on the app. It was explained to me when I got there that they don’t start it ’til I arrive. GOOD!! This is not a problem because in addition to not wanting RAW chicken I do not want COLD chicken. I did not have to wait long. The blackened chicken was delish! The Cajun fries were a bit overcooked but eh not every place gets it right every time. The coleslaw was also good! I tried the Oreo cheesecake and it did not disappoint. It isn’t huge but perfect for one person (I split it with my son because I don’t need that much sugar). Overall, great job ladies (and ALL the employees, really) it was a pleasant experience and good eats!

We placed our order online with a specific pick-up time over 30 minutes out. When we showed up, they acted like they had forgotten about it. Two associates were sent home during this, and what seemed to be the manager was obviously in no hurry to get our order ready. We waited another 30 minutes to finally get our food. At least our order was correct and warm enough to eat.

This place is a mess. Ants crawling all over the place. Works not wearing gloves just a straight mess. And oh yeah employee’s left dust pan sitting on top of the dinner table. I have pictures of the whole place.

Sad that this was our first time at this location. Chicken was tasty which was great after a long wait. We also didn’t give us a receipt while we waited by the door for our food. We paid for 4 pack of Strawberry biscuits and those were not in there. Yes I should have checked I know but it is getting sad to wait and watch 5 cars be taken care of and you are missing food.

Dirty, doors broken into and not fixed, trash outside. Their speaker is messed up and cant hear anything. Plus its pretty far away from the car as it is anyway. They got my order wrong even though the receipt was correct. I went back and got it fixed but they gave me cold cheese and bacon on my sandwhich. Only came here because chickfil was really busy. Chickfila is definitely worth the wait next time.

We placed a mobile order 45 minutes before we arrived. We arrived exactly when it was supposed to be ready, they hadn’teven started and we had to wait 30 more minutes. The gentleman at the front counter was apologetic and did great. This us a managerial issue, time for a new manager!! There were forgotten, open shipping boxes on some of the tables, very unprofessional. Not a Popeye’s I would recommend.

My pieces of chicken were tiny! I ordered a 3 piece meal and all 3 were the size of wings! Then the taste certainly didn’t make up for it! I won’t be back!

Good food, pretty clean restaurant although the door glass being busted worried me a bit. Hopefully it was just wind. The food was great and the staff was pretty attentive. The tables were mostly clean.
