I forgot to order a cup of water and they gave me a bottle of water. Yes how a bottle of water made me a satifier customer. I was over joyed ! So happy to get a bottle of water. The crew was happy, filled my oder without missing anything. I normally check it before I leave but I was happy to get the water. So I just drove off only to find when I got home they filled my order perfectly. Even our pies were hot. Great service . All five stars from me.

I had been in line, and just as I got to the front and started placing my order, a door-dash driver arrived. She stopped taking my order to help him. His order for two people wasn’t started. I had to wait as she put together his order. That took several minutes, whereas my order was quick.
She came back to me after he left.
She should have made the driver wait in line.
I ordered the spicy chicken. I saw her take the chicken from the spicy pile, but it didn’t taste as spicy as other Popeye’s I’ve been to.
Otherwise, the food was good and the location clean.

Placed an online order for a family meal. 2 cars in the drive though and 2 ppl in the lobby. Had to wait for 10 min even before anyone checked to see what I needed. Food was dry and cold . Only went there because our Grandmother likes Popeyes. Last time, KFC from now on. Oh and the chicken strips are sooooooo small they look like shrimp.

I love Popeyes and have never given a bad review and definitely my go-to place for fried chicken . This chicken was greasier then the Crisco oil company. My girlfriend and I threw most of this chicken out inedible. Grease was just flowing out of the chicken. We had spicy chicken and it has about as much spice in it as a cherry lollipop . They definitely don’t fry Popeyes chicken at this location like they do in Phoenix or Denver. Wasted money

Came in at 1:30pm on a Friday. Place was SLAMMED. Looked like 2 people working in the back and one guy working drive thru and the front register. That guy was super efficient, not getting flustered, and handled the rush great. Didn’t even mind waiting 5 min for a pick up order seeing what they were dealing with. Well done dude.

I came in about 20 minutes ago for a doordash it took about 15 minutes for someone to help me because theres only 2 young ladies working. Not only myself but plenty of other people are waiting to be helped as well. It seems that these past couple days I’ve come in this place for doordash there always short staffed struggling to make sure everyones getting helped. I know its not their fault i know they’re doing their best and working hard. When I asked where their boss was they said he wasn’t there. This establishment used to run so good until lately. There boss needs to do something about this those hard working ladies deserve a raise!!!!!

Restaurant is supposed to close at 1am. It’s 10pm and the store turned off all online ordering and refuses to answer the phone. I called the other location and was informed this is common for this location and they get a ton of calls from people wondering what’s going on. I would love to speak with the franchise owner for this location because obviously your mangers are aware and active in this.

I walked in and they have 2…. 2 employees. One girl running the whole front by herself, and a guy cooking poor thing, She did great and the food was great but its absolutely ridiculous that she was by herself. She was taking drive thru orders and walk in orders and door dash people. I asked where her help was and she said that her boss was supposed to be there at 11. It was 12:20 when I got done eating. I asked if her boss was there to tell them how wonderful she was but he was not still…Get a better boss for those workers, that’s not right. Your lucky that one girl was there to do everything, she deserves better than that.

Chicken is almost always low quality, burned, and order instructions are ignored. I used to love Popeyes but every time I try this location I regret it.

Weekend Mini Toys Truck & Car Club
My son ate a chicken sandwich from this location and ended up with stomach cramps then vomiting after 15 min from eating at this location. Plus long wait and went in to grab my mashed potatoes that I ended up getting charged for again I heard the staff talking trash about customers. This place is run down rude staff. I will call Corp office plus health department must of been the mayo or bad chicken. This is unacceptable
