Popeyes this is $20 worth of food? I hope you guys genuinely go out of business. I got the 3 piece blackened tenders and if these are tenders that’s GREED. I don’t eat here but a few times a year and then I remember why. Plus I had to turn back because the drive through messed up my order on Friday evening 2/13/26. Your sides and food in general are too expensive for them to be half paying attention to orders. I was also charged for extra sauces I never got. It’s not that hard.

Unfortunately, every single time I’ve been at this location since they opened, the lack of customer service from every single EMPLOYEE has been the worst experience compared to ANY other restaurant in town. Every single EMPLOYEE has been rude, has had horrible attitude, and lack of ANY communication towards customers. The restaurant is mainly teens/young adults with very minimal manners. The orders are 90% of the time incorrect. The atmosphere of the restaurant is full of tension between EMPLOYEES and customers. Every single EMPLOYEE has a rude way of dealing with the mistakes they make during your visit. I emphasize in EMPLOYEE because they treat customers as if they own the franchise.
Just today, 12/24/25, wrong order, attitude, and almost kicking you out of there. Unfortunately, education can’t be bought. Popeyes itself should be ashamed of this location. Take a look at the pictures for reference on just the order itself, and bringing up the mistakes of the order is a whole new issue, as if the customer is the EMPLOYEE and the EMPLOYEE is the customer. The entitlement these EMPLOYEES serve customers with is unbelievable. If I could give a 0 stars, I would, hope management fixes this, but I’m not sitting to wait around for this to happened, because again, every single EMPLOYEE is as bad in this restaurant location.

Ordered an extra biscuit and didn’t get it. I asked the dude if he put honey in the bag. He said he did and he didn’t. I even asked if everything was in the bag. He said it was. The girl at the ordering screen double checked that my order was right. If only they could follow through and check that everything was put in the bag and check it with the receipt. I’m not going to waste my time trying to get my money back or get the biscuit they forgot. They’ve just lost me as a customer. The employees here are just as bad as California. I’ll go to raising canes in Fort Collins instead.

we love popeyes chicken sandwiches and they are our goto for a quick meal out every month or so. we always drive thru. last night we didn’t receive the sandwich in the combo, instead received mac’n’cheese. bummed and probably won’t return. I mean, come on, it isn’t that tough to check the ticket before handing food to the customer, which is probably the most important part of your job!

I had an awesome experience at Popeyes today! The food was seriously delicious – everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. But what really made the visit special was the outstanding service I received from an employee named Dana. She was super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely the best Popeyes I’ve been to, thanks to Dana!

We arrived during lunch hour, and after a short weight were able to put in our order, and the staff seemed very helpful and getting our order to us quickly. The food was as advertised, it is a bit pricey for a side order of something at $3.59 – but those are just my thoughts… we still got everything we wanted! The restaurant was clean and maintained. The food was hot and crispy.

I love Popeyes, the reason why I gave 3 stars this time because of the mac&cheese. I came in today (11/19). The chicken was fresh and delicious, the biscuit was very good as well, only the mac&cheese tasted so weird this time. The smell and taste were like plastic or something. Just weird. I went in for first time for 6 dollar big box. They forgot my fries! I called back right away and they acted like I was making it up and wanted me to come back to get them immediately. It was my birthday and I asked if I could come back the next day.. he seemed very put out so I never went back.I
could barely understand the kid on the phone, he was not professional and did not apologize about the mistake and acted like I was making the whole thing up so I took pictures. I enjoyed my chicken,and beans with rice but fries wh been perfect! Not a good first impression. Will probably not go back. Bummer!

They shorted me some food which happens, not a big deal. My problem is Instead of giving me a simple refund they gave me the corporate run around and they won’t make it right.
