Employees are very rude. They were cursing at each other told me it wasn’t their problem because my order wasn’t ready to pick up when I got there and one of the employees that was the rudest of them. All was not even in uniform.

Food was cold, and employes are slow and act like they don’t want to be there. It’s dirty inside and they don’t even use the drive thru speaker to order. I ordered through the app and for it to be done ASAP which was suppose to be 10 minutes and I had to stand and wait for over 45 minutes. At the end of it, they didn’t even have any sweet tea made which I had purchased a whole gallon of. I will never be returning and I advice the same to anyone else. There is so much wrong with this place that I could keep writing but I don’t want to keep you here. Just don’t go. Btw it was only 8:00PM when I arrived, they still had 2 hours until closing.

I absolutely appreciate the hard work of this team I had a great experience eating with my children and grandkids . Food was great! fresh and perfect temperature! From the chicken sandwich to fries apple pies , and tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and macaroni we enjoyed the level of respect that we were given by the cashier and food prep !! It was on point !! Thank you to the young workers and team that made our dinner a great one !! Definitely will be back !!

Gave me a 2 piece when I specifically asked for 3 pieces. Had to order at the window, waited forever to get my “fast food,” and on top of all of that, the lady helping us was distracted and unprofessional the whole time. Inside of the store looked disgusting and disorganized. This popeyes is clearly lacking management and any sort of professionalism in general.

I wanted to try the newest item on the menu, the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very good. It was very dry and too crunchy. Maybe once it becomes a regular item and staff are trained in how to cook it so it’s not overdone, it’ll be better.

Lacks management. Definitely needs to hire someone who actually wants to run this “FAST FOOD” restaurant properly. The kids working don’t pay attention. Maybe too new to remember to put their headsets back on, i have no clue, we waited for at least 20 minutes at the drive-thru speaker, then had to pull up to the window to order and then had wait another 15 minutes. Took so long the guy in line behind us even pulled around to park to go inside to order.

Firstly there are Many rude employees. I specifically asked for a non spicy sandwich and they gave me spicy. I also asked for a Dr Pepper. I heard a women ask what my drink was and another women said Dr Pepper. I got a coke. Honestly I think it was on purpose since these people seem so miserable with their lives.

You may or may not have missing items from order. This location may or may not have menu items available. This location may or may not follow their posted hours of operation. The cook is only one hustling and appears sober. You may or may not have the same experience as everyone else who reviewed here. Food was good thanks to cook. Oh been here 4 times in two weeks hoping to have a different experience. But sadly no.

Went through drive through and got lunch, wasn’t a long wait at all. get to the window and a teenage boy (Tristan) was so respectfull and working his butt off every time i go through he is respectfull and working so hard food was fresh and tasted great!! will be back.. I ordered a chicken sandwich on my lunch break and it tasted old and chewy. I came back the next day and noticed the inside is extremely dirty covered in grease. Raw chicken was left out on the counter tops. The manager did not replace my sandwich and was very rude. I will be contacting the health department please avoid this place at all costs!!!
