I made it to this Popeyes around 9:00 didn’t leave til 10:00. The time was not the issue the food is the problem I’m missing a piece of meat, didn’t get the order right I wish it was different but I can’t get ahold of them if their closed I really like Popeyes I hope it won’t be like this all the time

Got charged for a side of mashed potatoes, never got it. Sauce was half empty when I opened it, took 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Lobby was locked and I didn’t want to bother going through the drive through a second time. Not going back for a long time after this.

Ordered a 8 piece mixed chicken and they brought out an 8 piece chicken skin meal. There was absolutely no meat, nothing but floured crust. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had eating chicken. Popeye should be tried for treason because this is the worse betrayal of delivered chicken. A complete rip off!!

The people were friendly. Based on the chicken alone, I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but on the day I visited the biscuits didn’t taste good and they were out of table napkins and even paper towels in the restroom. Not very pleasant when holding on to greasy chicken.

Worst customer service experience ever! First, the drive through window was “closed until further notice, dine in and take out only”. Placed my order (two 3 piece tenders), paid and waited….when it was ready I checked and my order was completely wrong. Finally after waiting 20 minutes and after every one else was served (including orders with tenders putting them before me), I go back up to the counter to remind them I am still waiting and the man says “and what was your order”? Another employee says “I have hers here” in a voice that seemed I had inconvenienced her. Gave me my order and I left. I get home and the red beans and rice and the mac and cheese were spilled all over the inside of the bag. The lids they used did not fit. They were clearly for much larger containers. Done on purpose??????? Not going back.

Just ordered two 2 piece all white dinners in mild recipe. Was informed that they only hard dark meat in mild so I said ok. Got home and opened the two meals. The smallest thighs and legs I’ve ever seen and was eithe overcooked or was sitting under the heat lamps too long. Last two visits to Popeyes has been very disappointing. No more!!
