I can’t rate the food because we didn’t get any. We were never so much as even acknowledged. Only three cars in the drive through. One food delivery gentleman in the lobby. We were walked past by several staff and even directly looked at by the lady who was (presumably) running the shift. No hello, no are you ready to order, nothing. We left without ordering anything. If you’re short staffed perhaps how this location is run would be why. Competent leadership and management goes a long way.

Great customer service, friendly staff, I gave up on this place a while back but decided to give it another chance recently, I walked in and was welcomed by mark who took great care of me. I definitely will be returning. He made my day and has definitely made me feel welcomed and took care of my order. Great job on new staff Popeyes I’ll definitely be returning.

So I asked for Spicy Chicken he repeats my order back to me and still gives me mild chicken.. The restaurant was nasty! I should have left it takes a special kind of stupid to mess up a chicken breast order spicy I’d stay away or taste your chicken to make sure you get the right one I drove all the way home and bit into and knew it was mild!

There is absolutely zero quality control at this store. Same with a nearby one as well. They never get the orders right. There’s either something missing, the wrong size, wrong item, etc.

I ordered my food to be delivered to me at 7:50. I received my food my 8:50, only for me to receive a large fry. I ordered a sandwich, mash potatoes, and fries. To make it worse I found hairs in my fries. I called to tell them if I can get a refund or if I can go get the food that I ordered, but I guess no one wanted to answer even though I called 15 times. So I spent $20 only for me to get a fry. Worst Popeyes location.

The worst customer service ever! The staff that works here looks so miserable. They ignore you when you approach the counter. Atleast a 5 min wait for them to acknowledge you to take your order. Your best bet if you’re desperate to eat here is use the drive thru. They seem very dedicated to the drive thru while customers inside stand around waiting. And you’ll never see the staff smile or be friendly. Do better people.

I usually eat here for lunch (11a-12p) and have a WONDERFUL experience every time!!! Came here today (430:5pm) and had the worse experience I’ve ever had at any Popeyes I’ve ever ate at. Both Employees taking orders had attitudes then get my food EVERYTHING is COLD fries , tenders, biscuits were hard as rocks . I’m very disappointed in this location and the staff as 2 managers were working when this occurred. AVOID this Popeyes and spend your money where customers are welcomed and appreciated.
