Did they change the recipe for the chicken strips!? The strips had zero spices added. I only ever order strips from here. I thought i was eating churches chicken! also, the strips were soggy. it felt like i was biting into a funnel cake. almost like they were undercooked. It made me nauseous.

I’ve been going to this Popeyes for a while with no issues, but tonight was a complete disaster. I placed two separate orders with coupons in the drive-thru and clearly told the order taker they were coupons and should be separate. She acknowledged me, so I assumed all was good.
At the window, I handed the coupons to the manager (not the order taker) and immediately got attitude. She questioned whether I had told the order taker, scolded her, and said I should’ve given the coupon codes at the time of ordering because now she had to clear the screen and re-enter everything. I explained that the order taker never asked for the codes, and that I normally pay full price and only used the mailed coupons, so I had no idea about their process. She kept scolding anyway.
To top it off, I forgot to ask for my sauces, didn’t even get a straw, and when I bit into my chicken—why the hell is this spicy and not classic?!
If you want to feel belittled, treated like an inconvenience, and leave hungry for your actual order, this is the place to eat. Absolutely terrible customer service—very disappointing.

Ordered a three-piece meal online when I went to go pick it up,I opened it up to make sure it was breast and 2 Wings. When I opened it the chicken breast was so dried out beyond compare. She switched it out for me which I appreciate it, but if I wouldn’t have opened it up to check it I would have went home with dried out that was just sitting there too long under the lights.

Very disappointed with this Popeyes location. I ordered a 12-piece meal and was told over the speaker it would be three pieces of each type, but that’s not what I received. The order was unbalanced with six dark drumsticks, and the chicken was dry.
When I tried to address the issue, the manager was not customer-savvy and showed no interest in listening or resolving the problem.
What makes this worse is that this is the same location where I previously witnessed an employee vaping in the back while chicken was being cooked. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Overall, poor service and poor standards. I advise my military and veteran family not to eat at this location for not being customer savvy. Regardless what the owner says.

There is an old man named HALID that really came off rude today. Me and my fiance got to the order box with plans to order the mix and match family bundle, when we tried ti order it we were told that the particular family bundle is only available on the app. MIND YOU we were sitting at the box for about 8 minutes without anything being said. So we asked if we could have a moment to look at the menu since we had to change up everything we were going to get being we just had cash. We got to look at the menu for 1 minute before an old man walked out badgering us to order saying we were taking too long and we can’t just sit at the menu and waste time and he told us to drive around since we didn’t know what we wanted. I have been to this location plenty of times and have never been treated like that. I am not sure if it was our skin color but I was FURIOUS. He shouldn’t be at work if thats how he treats customers.

Food was and is always good. I stood at the front counter for 4 minutes before anyone even asked if inwas placing an order or picking up. It was then another 6 minutes before I was addressed to have my order placed. And there were a whopping 5 people inside and 2 cars in the drive through. The chicken tenders did not taste as good as I expected they tasted off, and it is really expensive for a little meal. There were a bunch of dead flies on the window seal. I would have taken more pictures but there was just too many flies. The customer service is awful and the manager that works here is a hard worker but awful attitude and they ignore customers in the lobby purposefully , I would not personally recommend this place if you’re looking for fast food, they are really slow with their service for no reason and have an attitude and this is my third time being here and it’s always been the same. I’ve try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but just don’t waste your time here.

It’s so funny when employees get mad that they have to do their job. Ordered 3 sandwiches with fries two combos one by themselves, cool. They bring out all 3 sandwiches. No fries, and no pickles or mayo on the regular ones. Go up to the counter to ask for them because hey things happen you know long day. Very loudly messing around instead of helping us. In direct eye contact aswell. When they finally come to the counter we ask and youdve though we asked them for their first born. Like if a guest is being excessive I get it but asking for the stuff that YOU forgot to give is insane. Looked at us like we were stupid when we asked for pickles and mayo and when we brought up the fries they were like “oh we’re out” and didn’t think to let us know that it would be a few minutes. Just drop off the half missing food and get mad when we try to get the rest of what we paid for? I’m not expecting A+ service at a dang Popeyes but atleast try to get my order right or fix it if it’s wrong? I don’t need you to kiss my feet but I didn’t make u work here so stop taking it out on me thank you.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at Popeyes in my 47 years on the earth. I placed an order for two chicken sandwiches through Uber eats. I got there after receiving a message that my order was ready. I proceeded to the lobby. There were 5 people working the front line to include a male Indian manager. I stood there for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me ,however they looked at me several times. Finally, 16 minutes after my arrival my order is handed to me. No one apologized for the wait. Lastly, I received two over cooked, hard, and dry chicken sandwiches. Please save your money and stay away. Everyone stay safe out there and have a great Navy day.

Congratulations on your newest creation. Flounder sandwich that was a chicken sandwich with tarter sauce on it. Note the wrapper says fish. It wasn’t. Good thing it’s lent. Lol! It didn’t taste terrible, but i really wanted the flounder.

You really shouldn’t advertise something on your drive through menu that is only available on line. I reference BOGO chicken wings. Thats fairly deceptive.
