I didn’t even order because the manager on duty was calling customers liars and a gentleman also came back saying he also did not order what was given to him. Who would want to eat here? Hesitant to ever re-visit this location again if management shames customers and calls them out for not “ordering” correctly. If you have the ingredients….make the food the people are paying for! Lost my 40 bucks. Im going to have pizza at my local place instead. They know how to treat their customers.

Ordered on the app, order was missing nuggets. But thats not the bad part, I ordered and picked up my food at 2/3 7:30-7:45ish. I was in the drive thru and watched a woman come out of the kitchen beside the fryer licking her fingers and touch the screens by the drive thru window. I can get past the employees not even talking to me or missing my food cause mistakes happen and life happens, but the woman licking her fingers in the kitchen and touching equipment other people have to touch is disgusting. The worst part is that she walked past a sink!

What happened to my old stand by??? Chips were all crumbs. Couldn’t even hold one to dip in cheese. Cinnamon teist had no cinnamon. The taco beef was a odd color but tasted odder. Wow. How fusappointing. Family of 3 $38 my dog refused it also. Still all hungry.

I wait 15 mins in line, finally get my order, count the # of items bc I was in a rush and then take off. I get home, realized my more than half of my order is wrong, so then I just gave it all to my boyfriend. He’s on his last couple tacos when he realizes THERE IS A RECEIPT IN THE TACO. I call the store, MANAGER answers by saying “hello??” I said ” um is this taco bell?!” and he replies “yeah that’s how I answered the phone!” i replied “can i speak to the manager” he replies with a change in tone of voice “Oh i am the manager!” i let him know what happened, and he doesnt believe me and requests that i bring the taco back to SHOW HIM so that I can get a refund. I go to the store in the drive thru, as it is pouring rain, AND NO LINE, and he screams to the window “YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU” I said sir it’s pouring, i just drove 20 mins back over here and there is no line behind me. He huffs and puffs and refuses to help unless i go inside. he did give a refund, but surely did not confront any workers to determine how this even happened. also- the food was disgusting. DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND!!! if i could give 0 starts, i would!!

When we got our food and started eating I noticed that all our fried foods were burnt and I ordered a CRUNCH wrap which when I picked it up I noticed it was a bit too floppy, biting into it I realized why, it was missing the hard shell on the inside of the wrap, I was overly disappointed because I expected my regular CRUNCH wrap. All my boyfriend’s food was also falling apart he had taco’s falling apart and his burritos were not at all wrapped correctly. Overall it was just disappointing.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal. There was barely any chicken in the quesadilla. My cup was filled to the brim with ice, and had very little soda.
This cost $12. I will not waste my money at this Taco Bell again.

It takes me 50 mins to get my little order! I order it online and pick it up by the drive through to redeem my reward. Definitely don’t recommend the online orders bc they take forever without any explanation especially after 8pm
