By far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too, not to knock the workers because they are nice and working best as they can. This is more of a management/owner problem they need to get a hold of corporate because this place is trash. Walls are horrible, coke machine hasn’t worked in over a month, no tables to sit in because they are all dirty, paint is chipped, outlets are hanging off or missing. Please Popeyes get someone out there because the Poot hard working are getting the bad end of this!!!

Orders weren’t fulfilled accurately, restaurant was EXTREMELY dirty- seeing in from the drive thru window there was trash, food, and other misc. items on the floor in the kitchen area, counters were all dirty. Chicken seemed to be cooked in old oil- tasted DISGUSTING. Wasn’t the right chicken we ordered and they gave us 2/3 sides wrong. All after being in the drive thru line for over half an hour with only two cars in front of mine.

Popeyes is one of my favorite comfort food places. The food typically always delivers. However, due to what was very evident in staffing shortages, everything was delayed. Fifteen minute wait for a chicken sandwich, the minimum staff they had was trying to get orders filled.

I placed a drive-through order a couple of weeks ago at this Popeyes. I ordered an 8-count tender, a large side, and four biscuits. The final cost was almost $35.00. I looked on-line and found I could have ordered a 12-piece tender, large side, and four biscuits for just over $29.00. So, they charged me nearly $6.00 more, and I got four less pieces of chicken. I was not able to get back to Popeyes until this past weekend. Terrell greeted us cheerfully. When I explained what had happened, he said he was going to make it right. He looked into what he could do to make the situation right. Terrell had such a great attitude, was friendly, and very customer-service oriented. He made the situation right, but it was not just the service he provided; it was the attitude with which he did it. From the very start, he was friendly and was looking at what he could do to correct the situation. His overall demeanor and willingness and eagerness to take care of me as a customer was wonderful. Kudos to Terrell, and kudos to Popeyes for hiring him.

I have given this Popeyes several times to shape up. I have never gotten an order that takes less that 20 minutes. I have order ahead, drive thru and inside. Never get anything that I have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. Today, I waited 25 minutes and my order was nowhere to be found! Asked for money back and I’m done with Popeyes in Spring Branch!

We ordered the 16 pieces classic chicken bundle and we got 16 tenders, mild and spicy all combined. Ordered 2 mash, only got one, ordered two fries and got one. No plastic ware, no napkins no sauces. Really bad experience. Took forever to get. I know we should have checked the order but after 7hrs of driving we trusted them to do the right thing. It was until one more hour of driving that we noticed. Very disappointing.

The server/cashier was rude. She was “bothered” when we asked if they offered a military discount. And when we asked for honey, as she was standing right next to the sauce shelf, she had an attitude like it was a bother. Sadly, she just confirmed that we need them more than they need us…and people don’t get reprimanded for ruining customer experiences anymore. I’ll hesitate to ever go there again…but what do they care? I’m just a nobody to them. Oh and they forgot to put the biscuits on both of our plates and we HAD to face her again. She asked, “are you sure? Did you check under the fries?” Seriously, it’s obvious they weren’t on our plates. Horrible, horrible service. However, the chicken and shrimp were very good but the service just left a bad taste in our mouths. It wasn’t worth it.

I love Popeyes but I was totally disappointed in my experience at this location. The people working at the location were nice enough. No issue there. But that was about the only good thing I can say about it. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and got a regular sandwich. Ok no biggie but the sandwich was cold and when I told the person at the counter that I got the wrong sandwich he said hang on and went to the back and came back with a piece of cheese and some bacon for me to add to my sandwich. The soda machine was broken and the young person at the counter told us that they didn’t think it would ever be repaired. Also and the most disappointing was that the restaurant was very dirty. It wasn’t that busy so I couldn’t understand why it was hard to keep it cleaned.
