There was 2 woman in front of me. Instead of taking each persons order, they would take on ladies order and then prepare and box it up and then would take the next persons order. It took them 15 minutes just to take our order!! We almost left but we decided to stay since we were already there. Once we ordered, it took them 25 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches. When I went to get my soda, it smelled awful there! This is the second time this happens. The team lead along with the other workers were all talking to each other with no sense of urgency just taking their sweet time. I would love corporate to reimburse me for this visit. Didn’t even bother talking to their manager cause I knew they wouldn’t care. Never going back until they get new management

They were out of what I wanted. When I got there, my mobile order should have been ready, but they hadn’t started making it yet. They asked me if I had a GrubHub order, and I said I ordered from the (Popeye’s) app and she told me that’s what she’s talking about. Went up to the register and was told they’re in the middle of shift change, and I needed to wait. They were arguing in front of the guests, and it only looked like 1 or 2 were actually working. Employees were rude, unprofessional, and slow. The food was okay, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I won’t be going here for a while, and hopefully, by then, they’ll have a change in management.

The workers wanted to play and talk .I ordered some food and just because they didn’t have macaroni and cheese so he told me to call the people and let them know they don’t have macaroni and cheese who I’m supposed to call. So I asked them for another side else.Can they refund my money. The whole staff was lazy I sat at the drive thru about 30 minutes before they decided to serve me that cold food. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes only to be told to move to a parking space because it’s taking longer than expected. 5 minutes later, the cashier came out to say they were out of chicken sandwiches, sorry.. then canceled my order. 15 minutes of waiting for something they were out of. Couldn’t they have told me when I was ordering?

At this location within a few minutes, I decided this was not a place I wanted to eat: cook was on his cellphone ( hands not clean), young lady at the window pulled up her pants…skin showing ( she didn’t wash her hands), young man that was sitting up front in the restaurant went behind the counter to take my order and didn’t wash his hands.
For a clean safe experience, I will go 3 miles to another chicken place where they wear gloves, speak, and at least appear to be clean.

I just left with two chicken sandwiches. I wanted the ghost pepper but was told that they were out, so just went with spicy. Got home and it’s just a single chicken strip instead of the normal size sandwich filet on both sandwiches. Not cool

Third time this month I went through the drive-through at around 9:30pm and was told they were already closed. Employee was very short on the intercom as well. Pulled up to the window and the lady looked at me and just walked off. Another lady pointed to me showing the manager I was their and she just walked off as well. Tonight we were told at 9:40 their computers were down and they could not take any orders. Go figure.
