I really enjoyed this panda express. Ive only ever hae it once. Not at a location though. They did have a hard time understanding us as they gave us the wrong food and drink. Plus, we waited abnormally long just for our food. Everyone was scattered in line and they were confusing all of our orders. I just wish the organization with the line and how you recieve your food is better.

Cashier was super rude. I waited probably over 20 minutes for my food to be ready because the entrées that I want it we’re not available and when I asked her why there was an extended wait time she’s like oh I didn’t hear you. I didn’t know that you wanted me to ask for eggplant and tofu, so I had to wait again you could tell that she’s not very happy inside and it’s definitely showing on the outside. I would coach her on customer service or if not I would probably replace her.

As Panda Expresses go this location is modern, clean and very nice. The food is made fresh and the high turnover assures you get freshly made entrees. The staff is nice and accommodating (it is unfortunate that they don’t allow sampling). The seating area is large and clean. The line moves fairly quick. Lots of parking in the lot. Overall a convenient pleasant place to eat.

My family and I come here at least once a week, and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review until today. I received a promotion in my email and it wound up not working registering in their system. This has happened a few times so I brought this to their attention so they could hopefully fix it in the future. Andy was incredibly helpful in getting this resolved. I never thought I would be writing a review for a Panda Express, but Andy went above and beyond to help us. Thank you again!
