Great service. Good food and coffee! Wish they had oatmilk for my coffee but other than that, wonderful experience. I always get their asiago cheese bagel and honey walnut cream cheese. I love their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, tomato soup in a bread bowl and the avocado-egg-cheese-spinach on a bagel breakfast! Love Panera !

Hair Everywhere! Ordered Mac n Cheese and a Chicken Salad for me and my wife. My Mac n Cheese had a hair in it. I noticed it before even picking up the plate. I immediately told them about it and they nonchalantly offered me a refund. I asked them to just remake it. 30 seconds later my new Mac n Cheese was ready (I’m sure it was the same one). I get to my table and my wife’s salad has no chicken in it! At this point we were fed up and just wanted our money back. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she told us she could not refund the Mac N Cheese because it had to be remade per our request (because we like our Mac n Cheese without hair). We got a refund for the Salad and they gave us 2 cookies for our troubles. I ate my cookie on the way home and it had a long colored hair in it! You can’t make this up! Absolutely disgusting. No one wears hairnets, masks or even cares. Go to Panera in Rialto instead.

The place is very welcoming. The bagel was fresh and the server Sarah was extremely welcoming and very nice. I had an issue with the iPad at the front recognizing my gift card and she was very helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Visited there with my girlfriend and 2 dogs last weekend. My girlfriend asked a young lady whether it is allowed to bring our well-trained dogs inside because of the heat outside is uncomfortable for all of us. The young lady said yes to my girlfriend without any hesitation. We had a great lunch there and each associate whom I met there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Awesome customer service. I ordered online and in store. The online order somehow said it’d take over an hour. Rebecca (I believe she’s the manager) was right on it, getting my order out much quicker. I truly appreciate her diligence. I recommend this place. Friendly staff super clean, great ambiance, and great customer service!

Came in about two weeks ago and ordered bowl(photo attached)! it wasn’t what i normally expect so i called and miss Rebecca was just amazing :)! she took care of my order, didn’t need proof of the bowl or anything and got me something that both looked and tasted great. Way overpriced for what they serve in my opinion. Service was quick. Staff was pleasant. We were surprised they closed at 9pm on a Friday so had to cut our gathering short. Now we know. It was overall a pleasant experience.
