Order was missing a french baguette, went back into the store and asked the employee at the pickup station, he said “let me check” in a very reluctant way, then proceeded to rudely take my receipt, then grabbed a half piece of baguette looking like it’s been hand torn apart roughly(not like what it usually looks like at Panera bread), then he threw it in my bag directly without putting it in a separate bag first, and with his bare hands as well, then moved on with his tasks. I understand working in the service industry can be frustrating as I myself do, but I was asking very nicely and thanked him before and afterwards as well, there’s no need for rudeness.

Food always very good and consistent. Hearty warm soups, toasty sammiches. Was hoping for more cheese on top of my French Onion soup. A small dollop in the middle is not French Onion! LOL. Server nice, friendly and informative. Pricing very reasonable for California.

Great service. Good food and coffee! Wish they had oatmilk for my coffee but other than that, wonderful experience. I always get their asiago cheese bagel and honey walnut cream cheese. I love their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, tomato soup in a bread bowl and the avocado-egg-cheese-spinach on a bagel breakfast! Love Panera !

While this Panera location is clean, the service leaves much to be desired. On my recent visit, I had to wait 10 minutes without any staff attending to me, and eventually, I just left. This was my second time experiencing this issue here.
The staff seems indifferent to customers waiting in line, causing long waits and frustration. I’ve seen many people leave due to the lack of assistance. The food is okay, but the poor service means I won’t be coming back to this location.

I just picked up my order from Panera Summit and I was about to dig in. To my surprise, a dead fly was staring back at me in my Fuji Apple chicken salad. I spoke to the manager Josh, but he didn’t seem very concerned. I asked for the GM but I was told to call back tomorrow. UNACCEPTABLE!

Visited there with my girlfriend and 2 dogs last weekend. My girlfriend asked a young lady whether it is allowed to bring our well-trained dogs inside because of the heat outside is uncomfortable for all of us. The young lady said yes to my girlfriend without any hesitation. We had a great lunch there and each associate whom I met there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Service is great, place is clean, but seriously, save your money or make your own. I got 2 Signature Take meals for $14 and a kids grilled cheese meal and it cost me $45. The Signature Take was very small and the bag of chips were too. The chicken was cooked nicely. Although, the fried pickles were far, few and flimsy as heck. The Buffalo sauce and bread were good too. It’s just not worth the price.

Edited: This Panera location was remodeled. It looks sleek and stylish and appears to have more seating. Pleased with the remodel. It looks amazing!
On this particular visit I went for breakfast on my lunch break. I was there for an hour so to avoid the line I ordered from my table through the app. It was super convenient, easy and fast!
I ordered the scrambled egg and cheese on brioche and I was able to customize it and add turkey and add swiss cheese. It was so good and tasty and got my full.
Also ordered a pastry since I had a $1 off reward from My Panera Rewards program. I went with the Chocolate Chipper Cookie and warmed it up. So many thick chuncky of chocolate chip!
For my drink I got the Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Chip Marshmallows. It has caramel in it which made it too sweet for me to be able to drink it all. But it was good and the marshmallows were so good!
Definitely try their breakfast which served before 11am, use the app for convince and sign up for their rewards.

Hair Everywhere! Ordered Mac n Cheese and a Chicken Salad for me and my wife. My Mac n Cheese had a hair in it. I noticed it before even picking up the plate. I immediately told them about it and they nonchalantly offered me a refund. I asked them to just remake it. 30 seconds later my new Mac n Cheese was ready (I’m sure it was the same one). I get to my table and my wife’s salad has no chicken in it! At this point we were fed up and just wanted our money back. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she told us she could not refund the Mac N Cheese because it had to be remade per our request (because we like our Mac n Cheese without hair). We got a refund for the Salad and they gave us 2 cookies for our troubles. I ate my cookie on the way home and it had a long colored hair in it! You can’t make this up! Absolutely disgusting. No one wears hairnets, masks or even cares. Go to Panera in Rialto instead.

This is our local Panera that we’ve been to a dozen times. However this was the first time we did a pick up order, won’t do that again. The order was accurate and on time, but the bread on my bacon turkey bravo was legitimately stale and just fell apart.
