I think it’s crazy how all these people can come on here and complain about this place. There is no compassion for these people working so hard. You come during a military lunch rush with 30 people ahead of you and expect to be there 5 minutes and want good food that makes no sense. Even when I have come and seen that they are understaffed they still try their best and work hard with a smile. I feel bad for them. I got good service waiting or not I still appreciated it. There was one lady there and she got people out of there fast. I felt for her. She was doing the job of 3 people. Give that lady a raise. To the staff.. thank you. Fast food is not for the weak!

The slowest fast food on post. Im sure there are systems in-placed by higher echelons of Popeyes in order to avoid slow throught put but the are not integrated here. Maybe reach out to a sister franchise in the area for a professional development session.

I waited for 40 minutes in the drive through and had to leave without even ordering during the lunch hour. This is not the first time service has been slow as I’d waited a half hour for food after the order was placed inside before, and had to get a refund another time after waiting to order and pay only to be told it would be at least another 15-20 minutes after waiting that long already. Lesson learned: don’t go to these restaurants on post if you don’t have at least an hour or more to wait.

This is the worst Popeyes in the area. The wait times are long, the customer service is minimal, and the chicken quality is poor. I even found a hair in my meal, which appeared to come from the cashier, who was not properly wearing hair covering.POOR SOLDIERS ,THEY DESERVE THE BEST OF THE BEST!

I placed a complaint about the Coleslaw that came with the meal. I started tasting it and it tasted wierd like it was old. Brought it up to the counter and the explained my concern. Instead of replacing it or accommodating my concerns , the young lady stated: What am I supposed to do about it? I was dumbfounded by her unprofessional work ethic and showed no concerns. Also she was overworked and messing up orders, and she probably took it on me. My PTSD would have kicked in and it could have been nasty, but luckily I was on meds and was calm. I decided to be the better person and walked away. Also I have a stomach condition and if I ate that coleslaw and it had side effects, it could have been a lawsuit. Fast food customer service has really gone down the drain. My advice is if you don’t like your job don’t work.

I think a little attention to detail when customers place orders would help a lot. It is not all the employees but random employees that are not verse in the day to day work with customers should not be on the register. But those that help me clear up my order were great.

Cooks need to tighten up bro especially CHARLES. You shouldnt be sitting in the back on your phone and not have fries chicken or mashed potatoes down for 35 minutes. No excuses especially if there is literally no line and 2 people in the lobby. Other than that food is good the cashiers are great and accomodate well.

Ordered 40 minutes early. Got there to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. Waited on fresh chicken to come up. Got home to the chicken being undercooked. Threw it away and had ramen. Never had a good experience here even though I kept giving them a chance. I’m officially done.

I placed an order and was unaware that this location was on base. I just moved here from Ohio and I didn’t know that you even needed permission to mingle with the military lol, anywho there is no way to get my food or my money, because the number to the restaurant doesn’t connect. I ordered on the Popeyes website and it was of no help also because you can’t talk to a real person, and Jessica N. the bot is very insensitive. Even though the website didn’t specify that this location is on base like it clearly states for the other location on base, I’m s.o.l. I’ve left my contact information numerous times to no avail. I spent $70 on this specific order with no recovery on my end. Popeyes you have to do better. Times are hard for everyone.

I am a food delivery and I have dressed this place many times, I have had problems picking up the orders and there are times when the orders come out but they do not want to do them and they do not say why, there are times when they put some paper saying that they do not have a system but the orders continue to come out in the delivery applications and some administrators of the applications call and in the store they do not respond while working hours “open” having employees inside, that is not good because Just as we deliver them and they are working and even though it does not affect them if our income depends on them having the order ready or providing some option if the order is not there but they do not, they have a good place to improve those defects so that everything is satisfied with this place, if they improve it I promise to give you a better review
