The BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich was very hot, very very soggy and overcooked. Oil seeping out of the chicken and bread. One part was dark brown it was so overcooked. Pretty much left it in the fryer then immediately made the sandwich. Threw it away.
Next was a Shroom N Swiss Melt, it was covered on the outside with sauce because there was so much on it. Had to wipe it down.
Lastly my kid’s Original Chicken Sandwich. It’s the one pictured. Smothered in ketchup on both sides. Threw it away.
This is ridiculous! Don’t play with people’s food!
Thankfully Door Dash refunded for the disgusting food.
Young man running drive thru. He went above and beyond. Very kind. Hard to find kind dispositions when dealing with fast food service. Idk his name, but because of him, we’ll be back.
