I normally don’t write reviews but in this case the time it takes is warranted – Absolutely poor customer service! I buy bagels on a regular basis and always ask them to hand cut them – i absolutely hate their cutting machine – see photo – it doesn’t cut, it butchers your bagel and renders it useless, they plainly ignore your requests.

I called ahead to order egg soufflés along with muffins and bear claws. I was told there was only one soufflé left. I told the staff what I wanted and that I would pay for it now , get dressed and drive right over. I had missed one the day before not realizing their time cutoff of 10:30 am for their breakfast items which was my fault. I had a sick family member who really wanted one so when she said paying ahead wasn’t necessary. I said, I want to pay ahead to be sure it will be there when I arrive. She reassured me it would be there. Guess what? I saw that last egg soufflé being sold right in front of me as I walked in.

What’s this Panera? It’s green and it’s hairy but it’s not a pet . I hardly ever write reviews but the Panera employee recommended me to do so in this matter. Since the bread is freshly baked at the store the night before, I’m guessing he suggested it might be an issue before it gets to their store. So here I am. Please help.

I ordered a five cheese souffle at 9 am on the app for pickup at 10 am. I received 2 messages of it being ready and when I go inside there is nothing on the shelf. So, I wait while the people behind the counter twiddle their thumbs before finaly asking the name I’m picking up for. This was only to tell me that they are all out! Why is it available online to order and why did I receive messages it was ready just for it not to be and cause me further hassle? Team member was rude when I asked this.

Placed an order for pick up . Got back to work was missing silverware, straws . Got sauce on the side no sauce , then open our one sandwich and it had paper in . The “manager” then argued with me about all of this . If this is how panera wants to run a business me and my co workers will not be back . I’ll spend my 45 bucks somewhere else .
