We came in today and were greeted by a friendly worker named Sarah. She took our order and made sure we had everything correct and provided excellent service.
The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were all doing their jobs. There are some kiosks to order on for either dine-in or take-out that make it quicker and easier to use sometimes instead of waiting in line.
The food was delicious and made perfectly! It’s definitely on the pricier side though, so make sure to scan your points to get coupons.

Today I was serviced by the manager Kathy and she is so nice! She has amazing customer service skills and makes you feel so welcome. She is very honest and has great integrity. It was a pleasure to order my food from this location!

I had ordered takeout and when I got home there were items missing from my order. Should I have double checked first, yes. However, they shouldn’t be forgetting things in the first place. Workers were very unprofessional, they were too busy talking about their life stories rather than making my food correctly. This panera sucks service wise. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Ordered 1 sandwich and 4 breadbowls, as well as coffee. The order, after tip, was just shy of $78. When the food arrived, one whole bread bowl (soup that was to be with it too) was missing, as well as the coffee. I called to find out what was going on – either I was hung up on or the call was disconnected as soon as I mentioned missing order items. I call back. Girl puts me on hold to find their manager. Manager gets on and I ask again, about the missing items, and she says she sees the coffee there and apologies for the missing items. She says she can issue a refund if we want. I say that’s feasible, since the driver obviously won’t be returning. She says ok, and that it’ll take a couple days. I ask to confirm the refund amount. It sounded like she snickered at me, and said it would be in the amount of the missing items… so I recap the cost of the missing items and she says yea….I say thanks and she hangs up on me.
Not only is this place overpriced, but their customer service when handling these interactions is atrocious. She should have been forthcoming with the information and provided clearly what was going to be done about these items. It never should have been a question if we wanted a refund. If there was an alternative solution, it should have been provided without the snarky “if you want.” What we wanted, was our food. Maybe confirming what the drivers take should be part of the responsibilities of the employees providing the food, especially as costly as it is.
We order pretty regularly from here, the orders typically never less than $50 just for the food. I think we will be investing elsewhere for dinner with service and attitude like this.

I went in for dinner, got a Frontega Chicken and soup. OML the bread is so good. If they brought back the charged lemonade, I would happily take a heart attack from it. The one manager Tim is such an Alpha Male.

2023-12-12 EDIT: since my original review, Panera and the location has been very good and I have not encountered an issue since I therefore made the edit and rated 5 stars now instead of 1.
I normally don’t write reviews but in this case the time it takes is warranted – Absolutely poor customer service! I buy bagels on a regular basis and always ask them to hand cut them – i absolutely hate their cutting machine – see photo – it doesn’t cut, it butchers your bagel and renders it useless, they plainly ignore your requests.
Furthermore, I ordered 8 bagels of a specific kind – you get there and they “only have 6” (the system would not allow you to order 8 if they didn’t have them) – they sell them just ignoring the existing online order. Unacceptable

The staff at this location are some of the friendliest, most welcoming employees I have interacted with. The seasonal strawberry chicken poppyseed salad is my favorite menu item at Panera! Generous mix of strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, orange segments, chicken, walnuts, and poppyseeds – so delicious! The broccoli cheddar soup doesn’t disappoint either!

I work for a pretty large manufacturer in York PA, and we ordered lunch for a small office function. A simple bowl of soup needed to be added to my delivery order, which I and others within the business have had happen. I called Panera and was told I could not add or purchase separately, any additional items. I would need to either cancel my entire order (not possible since my delivery time was too close), or create another delivery order (also not possible since a bowl of soup did not meet the minimum $$$ amount). A simple transaction could’ve been placed on the phone where I pay for a bowl of soup, and they simply place it in the order that is going to be delivered. We will be using other local businesses for our food needs

I told the staff that I wanted my order to go and instead it was prepared for dine in. With no explanation, I was told to “wrap it yourself.” I was later given an explanation by another associate for sanitary reasons, which was helpful.
