This is a fabulous new restaurant in Palatka. The food is incredible, they prepare their sauces and dressings, and even their seasoning blends in house. Everything is fried in tallow. For those of you with soy allergies, you can eat almost everything on the menu, including sauces and dressings. They also offer gluten free buns. The service is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the music is good. The bathrooms are spotless.

We usually do a taco Tuesday walk down by the river or a bike ride on the local paved trail. But today we decided to try the Fillin Station. The burgers were excellent. I do like their signature burger sauce, But I didn’t end up using it, the burger was that good with no condiments. Two of us had the Dupe burger, another person had the garage melt burger. We were all in agreement. The burgers and fries were excellent. They really made the space look unique on the inside also!

Stopped by The Fillin’ Station today and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy, modern, and super welcoming. The recent remodel looks great, and with both indoor and outdoor seating plus a full bar, it works perfectly as a casual hangout, a sports-bar spot, a date-night stop, or a family-friendly place.
The staff was friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. I also had the chance to meet the owners, Laura and Tim, and it’s clear they genuinely care about Palatka and want to be involved in the community by supporting local events and businesses.
The food was excellent. I ordered the Chopped Cheese—seasoned beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions—and it was packed with flavor. The fries cooked in beef tallow were a standout, and they even have an onion ring tower for something fun and different.
Highly recommend checking out The Fillin’ Station and adding it to your must-try list if you’re in Palatka. Great food, great people, and a great vibe.

Newly opened restaurant in 2025! The food, service and atmosphere was really good. I really like the “automotive” theme. Similar to Ford’s Garage in St Augustine. As a critique I would love to see some more ‘automotive / garage’ type decor. A mural of ‘old town’ Palatka with old cars featured would elevate the inside even more. There’s already a huge wall with nothing on it that it would fit quite nice. The toolboxes for the servers is a good start on the decor and a nice touch. All that said, we would definitely come back the next time we’re in Palatka. I recommend the onion rings appetizer.

Great apps, a variety of entrees, delicious desserts, and of course a full bar provides any cocktail you desire.
The soft pretzel appetizer is incredible! It’s huge – enough for 4. Served hot, it’s got a nice crisp outside and soft inside. Two dipping sauces come on the side – queso for a little kick and a smooth mustard aioli.
Entree choices include burgers, chicken, mahi mahi, hot dog and salads. The Mahi Sandwich can be grilled or blackened. Either way, it’s fresh and full of flavor.
The B’cauuuse is an amazing twist to the run of the mill chicken sandwich. It’s hand-battered to order and has a pimento cheese sauce that makes the flavor pop.
The Dupe, a house favorite, has fresh double smash burger and pickled onions along with their signature sauce.
I highly recommend the Shrimp ‘Po Boy and cheese curds! Nice size sandwich with almost a dozen delicious shrimp!
French fries are hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. No wilting here – they’re even crispy after they’ve been on the table for several minutes. Datil pepper ketchup, made in-house, gives it that extra flair.
Leave room for dessert! The skillet brownie is to die for! Big enough for two, or three, comes with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and delicious chocolate!

This was my second time coming back, tried something different each time.
Got the buffalo chicken dip and mushroom swiss burger. The jus sauce that comes with the burger is so good.

After walking in town, we stopped in to give it a try!
Izzy, our server was super attentive, kind, and more than accommodating. She had no issue with asking the chef about certain ingredients for dietary accommodations. In fact, she was proactive in act asking the chef. We did not ask her to ask the chef which I appreciate greatly and to me that shows a lot of care for the customers. Now onto the food, the buffalo chicken dip was delicious. The chips are made in house and seasoned two perfect perfection. I had the. Garage melt, and it was immaculate. All their burgers are smashed burgers, which I love because I hate any kind of pink in my burger sue me. My sister ordered the chopped cheese. Both of the menu items came with their Datil ketchup. We also asked for a side of ranch and I’m telling you now I would baptize my firstborn with their ranch… That ranch is spectacular. I would go back just for the ranch, but above all else, the food was amazing. I’ll be sure to come back whenever I visit my sister and stop by there.

The patio was full so we had to eat inside. Delighted to see good TVs inside! Bathrooms were clean. Burgers were great! Little extras made them unique and fun! Lexi did a great job!

It make me over the moon happy to see a restaurant like this in downtown Palatka!! Although I no longer live in Putnam anymore, it was worth the 45 minute drive. Jillian was our server and gave exceptional service!! She gave great recommendations!! We had the Chopped Cheese, B’caaauuuse and a Classic Hamburger. Oh and the fried pickles were the best we’ve ever eaten!! Will definitely be recommending and returning!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
