Ordered my food around 7pm, they do not close until 9 and didn’t have mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese, my chicken had mold on it. When I took it back, the manager Josh was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how they are running out of sides 2 hours before closing. Will be making a ICE complaint and the health department. Not my first bad experience, this is the 4th. This is just my first bad review posted. Kept trying to give them chances.

First off my order was wrong. I said 2 legs and they gave me a leg and a thigh, upon leaving the drive thru, I noticed the kids meal drink wasn’t given to me. Instead of the drive thru person catching an attitude he/she should have made sure the order was right. As for the food itself, I’m not sure who made that biscuit but it tasted like straight play dough which resulted in me throwing up. Fries and the chicken was decent enough. Management might need to look into new staff. Someone with no teeth should not be at drive thru. Working on a military base, the service should be TOP TIER!

This location is severely understaffed and consistently provides incorrect orders on a daily basis. Service is extremely time-consuming and often feels like a complete waste of time. The establishment is unsanitary on a regular basis, with employees frequently failing to wear proper PPE while handling food and equipment. The drive-thru is closed nearly 99% of the time, and online orders are unreliable—often given away, never prepared, or discarded if not picked up immediately.
What makes this especially unacceptable is that this restaurant is located on a military installation, where soldiers are given a very limited timeframe to obtain meals. Choosing to eat here often results in that allotted time being completely wasted due to excessive delays, poor service, or incorrect orders. Soldiers are essentially penalized for waiting, losing their opportunity to eat simply because this location cannot operate at a basic standard.
Overall, this is by far the worst Popeyes location I have ever encountered. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for customers—especially service members—is unacceptable.

I’m a frequent visitor of the establishment and the customer service is always great and they are very friendly and informative about the times. I apologize for not knowing names but the same two young ladies are delightful to interact with, one is a manager (possibly) and the other normally works the counter and/or drive thru. They always greet with a smile and very pleasant. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

I have no complaints about the speed of service because there wasn’t anyone else in line. I have a complaint about the red beans and rice that was served with both of our orders. This is ridiculous! There may have been 1.5 tablespoons of red beans and maybe one tablespoon of dried hard rice. The quality is not what it used to be and I’ve said enough about the quantity. At least the sandwich was edible.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered two plain and dry chicken sandwiches. Waited 10+ minutes for them, because they only made one. When we finally got the 2 of them, they had sauce and pickles.
My husband asked for a refund because we’d already waited 10+ minutes, and he had to go back to work. They were insisting on making another one until I told her bluntly that we don’t have time and we need a refund. We were told they had one person in the back.
The manager had an attitude, despite it being their mess up and demanded to see our receipt. Her worker had taken it off us and went into the back. No apologies, nothing.
Just a suggestion, from someone who’s worked in customer service and management positions;
If you’re a manager and you have one employee in the front taking orders and one person in the back making food, then close the drive thru and put on some gloves. There’s no point taking orders front of house and at the drive thru when you don’t have the supply of food to keep up with the demand of orders. It makes 0 sense to have 2 people taking orders but only one person making food.

Spent $30 on a one piece tender kids meal and two 3 piece chicken tender boxes. They forgot my fries and when my husband went back to get them they were cold and soggy. The chicken is great no doubt. The quantity is very skimpy for the price you pay for food. Because of this reason I will not eat at another Popeyes. Ridiculous

Getting straight to the point, drinks were horribly flat twice in a week span. Food quality wasn’t as good as it usually is, stale like. Always missing the sauce I ask for… gotta start verifying so that’s on me but yeah definitely done with Popeyes for a while.
