Reviews
Unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to what I would be expecting at the Wynn. It feels like the kitchen is deliberately dialing back what should be a solid winner, perhaps to avoid competing with the hotel’s other incredible restaurants. Not expecting gourmet meal, but the execution and quality of ingredients need improvement.
As example I ordered the reuban and the pastrami was tough, greasy (was it warmed up by deep frying it), too thickly cut when should have been thinly sliced tinder corn beef that melts in your mouth on toasted rye bread. The krinkle french fries (frozen) deep fried had a processed oily taste when they should be been fresh-cut potatos fried in beef tallow.
I couldn’t eat the reuban and a cheeseburger with basic toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion), it wasn’t even an option—the menu pushes more complicated versions where I had to pick one and dial it back to a basic cheeseburger, then to find the lettuce was julienned or shredded through a machine.
They also don’t open until noon, which is frustrating when you’re in the sports book early and want lunch. They redirect you to other breakfast spots, probably to protect those venues’ breakfast business. I’d love to see them open by 11 AM at least.
To end on a positive note, I’m sure there’s something on the menu that hits the mark but I didn’t find it this visit. The service and location are so strong that I’ll definitely give it another shot, but the food really needs to step up to match everything else the Wynn delivers.
The service was extremely poor from the very beginning. The wings arrived with minimal sauce, and when I requested more, it took three separate requests and nearly 25 minutes before any extra sauce was brought out. During that long wait, the staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned, which made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.
What makes the situation even more concerning is the tipping culture here. There is an automatic tipping prompt that seems to encourage excessively high gratuities, even though the service falls far below an acceptable standard. It feels like customers are being pressured to leave large tips despite receiving slow, inattentive service, which leaves a sour final impression.
Proceed with caution if you decide to visit. The food may be good, but the combination of high prices, poor service, and aggressive tipping prompts makes it hard to recommend this sports bar with confidence.
P.S. To the management or your social media team, please refrain from responding to this review. We don’t seek your opinion; instead, we kindly request that you enhance your service and implement the necessary changes. We will monitor the situation during our next visit.
The menu has a good range of options and the prices reasonable for the location. The burger was a good size and really tasty, with the crinkle fries being super delicious!
Overall a decent spot if you can put up with the excessive wait times for drinks.
