Every time I come to this Popeyes they never have enough chicken, I’m sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and it seems like instead of trying to get the customers orders they’re having a party or something. Usually I would pull out and go elsewhere but I’m tired today. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve sat in this drive thru for over 30 minutes. Please get new management.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins for them to HAVE NOTHING! They never get orders right, always out of food when they know there’s rush hour and gave me the wrong food too. Asked for bbq sauce didn’t even have none in the box. Burnt fries. I had to get chicken tenders because they were out of EVERYTHING.

Personally blacklisting this Popeye’s until their remodeling is done. Their AC is leaking too so their working conditions are currently poor and they’re always busy around lunch time. Hopefully once they’re done with remodeling things won’t be so crazy for them.

This rating is for you managers and AAFES. Service was below average, chicken was a mix of warm and hot. Coleslaw was not good it looked like it was packed in the container 3 days ago bubbles is not good(see photo). AAFES food service is not up to par, They have preventive medicine coming to inspect and have higher standards but the delivery is awful. Get it together you are serving the best Soldiers in the world.

By far the worst Popeys ever. Mind you, it’s Sunday evening with almost no customer and yet, I waited close to an hour for a 16 piece family meal. All the sides were out except Cajun fries. The 35 minute wait behind 3 cars to place my order and 25 minutes wait to get it after I was told it would likely take 15 minutes. I hope u get shut down. Luckily ur location enables you to get customers who don’t have much of a choice with time allocated for lunch.

Ordered fries which I was obviously charged for and they weren’t in my bag. I received the wrong sauces, didn’t get pickles which I asked for, and the chicken strips were almost raw. Highly recommend ordering in person and not on Uber eats for this establishment.
