Disappointed AGAIN. Second time I have placed a large order online ($300+) only to show up 30 minutes later and the order is not ready, not correct. Half the order was ready to go when I got there and the other half (2 family meals) had me waiting 40 minutes for while the first half got cold. Why even have online ordering, It should make their job easier instead they take your money and put you at the end of the list, short your order and make you feel like a bother. This place sucks, spend your money elsewhere.

The manager Edwin was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He mention to me right when i pulled up to the speaker that i need to hurry up and place my order because he was trying to close, mind you i arrived at 9:43PM when the store closes at 10:00PM. i never got a hello or welcome to Popeyes. I asked for a 2 piece comb and gave him my preference of chicken (wing and drum stick) and he proceeded to tell me that i am getting a drumstick and a thigh. Then after telling me to pull up to the window i mentioned to him again that i asked for a comb and it should come with a side and a drink that he has not asked me for yet. He then rudely asked me what i wanted for my side and drink and after i given him my answer he asked rudely AGAIN what i want for my side and drink as if he wasn’t even listening to me the first time. I have never encountered someone in the customer service industry so rude, poor manners, nasty attitude, and terrible service than Edwin at this Popeyes location.

I ordered regular chicken strips; however, what I received was spicy. The chicken stripes were hard. The side order of Mac & Cheese was good for the 3-4 bites we had. However, it was a very small scoop that did not even cover the bottom of the container. The price was not worth it.

Arrived at 11:30am on a Sunday and the door was locked even though the hours in the door state they open at 10:00am. Who wants to eat fried chicken in their lap in their car? This will be my last attempt to eat at a Popeyes – all they locations in TX that I have tried have terrible customer service. I can’t wait for the Bojangles in Frisco to open!

As a Door dasher this place is one of the worst. They literally don’t even know that the order you are there to pick up exists until you say the name and they look at the printer and find your order in a giant stack then start. Heard then tell several Dashers is was gonna be a 30 min wait bc the wings weren’t ready. For Fs sake anticipate when ya running low and start some others. Just a joke of a place management/owners should really take a look in the mirror and just do better.

Every-time we have come here they mess up our order. Finally the last time was the other night we paid for a large box of chicken a large mashed potatoes and a spicy chicken sandwich; got home and opened the bag and it was small chicken small mashed potatoes and no sandwich.. emailed corporate and they of course did nothing. Won’t be coming here anymore. Kfc it is if we want friend chicken. Bad managmemt.

Do not go here, especially if you plan to dine-in. Doors were locked at 8pm on at least two instances in the past few weeks. Posted hours say the dining room is open until 10pm. Both times I pointed this out to the manager. He was unapologetic and said I have to go through the drive-thru. Hey bud, I’m not going to the drive-thru, I don’t have to do business with you at all. There is a Chik-fil-a, Whataburger, Chicken Express, and many other competeing restaurants close to here that I would go to before I would spend another dollar at this Popeyes.
