Stopped in for lunch and had the blackened chicken tenders. They were small pieces, especially for the price but very flavorful. They were also very greasy but again the flavor was worth it!

Maria took our order. She was one of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in a long time, especially in customer service. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. If she isn’t in management she needs to be. We need more people in the world like Maria! The store was very clean and neat. 10 out of 10 stars!

Pulled into the drive thru at 9:25pm on 9/3/23. Open signs and drive thru menu were both on and bright (google said this location closes at 10pm). No answer from intercom and when I drive up to the window to order my food, 3 men were laughing inside not working. I was told they do not take orders at this time? If they’re closed at 9pm they need to turn off the lights so people don’t pull into the store. Please address this issue management.

Stopped for a take-out meal this Saturday. Chicken sandwich and large fries / drink. No other customers in line. I asked if French fries were hot as she was handing me the order. Said they just came out of fryer. The fries weren’t even warm, and I took about 3 bites of the chicken and had to check to see if there was paper it was so rubbery (and not even warm). Expensive fast food lunch to be thrown away without eating. Disgusting.

Went through drive through, and placed our order. They didn’t tell us until we got to the window that they didn’t have any chicken ready. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait. We told them no thanks and drove off.

Stopped here on my way to Dallas. I had a crispy spicy chicken sandwich combo (with cole slaw). It was hot and tasty but the middle of the chicken breast had a disconcerting amount of breading that was cooked through but mushy. How did a thick layer of breading get into the middle of the chicken?

The food was fresh. Chicken stripes were small compared to other Popeyes. Service was horrible. The drive thru worker started laughing at something during ordering so I had to repeat the whole order. Then they didn’t even get it right.
