I recently had an excellent experience with this location . Dining room area was incredibly clean . The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They quickly had my order ready in minutes. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, leaving me very satisfied. Popeyes Corsicana (Acting Manager – Maria) wants to send out uncooked chicken & raw seafood that was cooked in old oil, old chicken that was cold, and fries that were stale. $43 of uncooked food out the drive thru. Called them to request a refund or replacement and explained our findings. When we told her we werent able to come back up there tonight, she said “when you come back later this week bring the food back with you for it to be replaced”.. So I have to keep old uncooked seafood and chicken for days until we can go back to get a replacement? Who does that??? Then proceeds to tell me they will only replace the Shrimp only. I argued a third time, that it was the whole order that was uncooked/old and stale, and was told to bring the food back even if it was days later. I explained again that we lived out of town couldn’t just run back up there and may be a couple of days before we could get back and its ridiculous she is asking for us to bring the food back days later. She refused again and I asked for who she reports too and that’s when she hung up and blocked my number.

Called back from my husband’s phone and she answered, still refused to make right and told me to take it to corporate.

So “Maria” refused to refund, refused to replace our food and also refused to tell us who she reports too. Note to anyone else this has happened too, call corporate and make your complaint. Unacceptable.

We have ordered from this location twice. Both times long wait time, even when we ordered online ahead of time. And both times there were major parts of our order are completely missing, and tenders were extremely small. We let it slide the first time as we live 15 minutes out of town and it is an inconvenience to to drive all the way back for a corrected order. Hoped this was just a one time thing…. 2nd time, had multiple items missing from order again, tenders also extremely small. This time we called, was hung up on, called back 3 times for someone to finally answer and say the phone keeps dying because it wasn’t placed on the charger? They did offer to remake our food but if low quality tenders and missing items is a recurring issue, we will not be back.

The establishment was clean and the food was satisfactory. Unfortunately, my experience was diminished when an employee wearing glasses abruptly and unnecessarily reprimanded the clerk who was assisting me. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. I did take a moment to reassure the clerk, as such treatment is unacceptable in a customer facing environment. Management should place greater emphasis on proper leadership and staff training.

Maybe it is just me, but I thought an 8 piece chicken bundle would actually include 8 pieces of chicken! For sixty years now, I thought an eight piece chicken dinner included 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breasts (a whole chicken). But apparently in Corsicana, the chickens only have 1 breast! That is a conscious decision to rip me off because I was in the drive-thru! I am sure management will argue that it was a simple mistake, to that point I say “really, my 3 year old granddaughter can count to 8!” Unfortunately I don’t live in the area, but I have never had a great experience at any Popeyes location and I have been to this chain in at least 15 different states! So, for me, that is the straw that broke the camel’s back! I won’t be visiting this chain again!

We had a good experience at this location. We took the mild tenders meal and wings to go.

Looks like on order review it might not be a consistent experience. Although for us it was hot and quick and we had friendly service.

I’ll start by saying the food was good, but the customer service is horrible. I placed a mobile order waited patiently after being told to pull up. Once 3 cars got their food before me and left, I decided to get off. Looks like the food was ready but the employees didn’t communicate internally. Ultimately, they forgot about my order, luckily I got off my car to check.

I’m very unhappy we have been here several times as it’s the closest chicken place to my house so I just want it known that this is not a one off occurrence. EVERY time we come here no matter what time or what we order we wait over 30 minutes for about 4pc of chicken on the bone no matter if we place it ahead of time or at the window we get told to pull up to the trash can and experience extremely rude service from the people on staff. I have tried and tried to give this location the benefit of doubt but time and time again they are extremely rude. And it just gets ruder every time I come here this location needs a whole employee redo because not one of them have any hospitality. Last time I check it was a place of business not a hangout joint for employees. I should not feel like I’m an inconvenience because I want to order food.

Me and my friend just came through the drive through we ordered spicy chicken and when we drove off we realized they didn’t give us spicy chicken. We went back through the drive through and even waited again. When we got to the window Dianna was angry with us and rude because we requested the correct order. She started spewing what she would replace and wouldn’t. We were confused because we never asked for anything but the correct pieces of chicken. DIANNA NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR A NEW JOB!
