Popeyes is the best chicken in the industry in my opinion, HOWEVER, not at this location! 15-30 minutes in the drive through, and then the chicken is hard and rubbery for my last 3 visits like it was cookedthe day before. I’m a truck driver and have been to several across the country, unfortunately the one closest to where I live is terrible and I won’t go back! And I recommend everyone else do the same, at least until they get a different crew that can do their job right!

If I could leave half-a-star ratings, I would have. Me and my wife pre-ordered our food. We get there and the lobby is closed at 4:50 pm, so we use the drive thru. There were only TWO CARS ahead of us in line. Over 30 mins later, we finally get food and head home. Once we are home, we discovered that we had the wrong order. After calling and going back to the location, we pull up outside and let them know that we need the order brought out so we don’t have to wait in line again. After some time passes, we have to call them AGAIN to get them to bring our order out. Once we got back home, we find that our order is missing items (the new flavored biscuits). Me and my wife both tried to call again, and no one would answer the phone this time. Won’t be going back here. The food was actually good, but the service was some of the worst I have ever had. I expected far better than this.

This was on Friday. Waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru, even though there was only two cars in front of me. Spit out my first bite of rubbery chicken strip to discover it was under cooked. Pink in the middle (see photo). I called the store and spoke to a manager. Was only offered to have the meal replaced and not refunded. I think one narrowly avoided food poisoning is enough. I won’t be back.

This place had the Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich for about a week and it was the best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. But I like I said, they only had it for maybe a week. Rest of the food is hit or miss. They’re usually slow and the food is rarely hot.

The wait time was extremely long here. Seems like they were behind on orders and getting food ready. I waited 15 to 20 minutes for my order. If it wasn’t for the chicken sandwich I would probably never go to Popeyes.

I really do enjoy Popeyes but when I order online and it gives me the option to pick up inside and when I get there they have the doors locked it is upsetting. The rona is done and over with so the only thing I can figure is the owners are so cheap they don’t want to have the doors open so they don’t have to pay the staff to keep the restaurant clean.

I had to leave a star to leave a comment. Did get my coke with my order. Didn’t get any ketchup with my fries and there wasn’t 10 fries in the tackle box.went in to get my coke and showed the manager my fries and asked if that was how they did business he said I already gave a bigger coke so no iam not getting the fries. Then you will no longer get my business. As I walked out another couple heard our conversation and said you won’t be getting our business either and left. Horrible service don’t eat at the pleasant Grove Popeyes in Rogers.
