I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. Was upset about the $15 price tag but I get it.

Food came out fine but the drive thru took quite a while during a not busy time.

Usually one of our go to places to eat. But found myself chewing on a darn piece metal. Be careful when eating the food here…. if it was a kid that swallowed it it could have very harmful.

I ordered the big box all white meat with fries & red beans. Then I changed it & said Mac & cheese instead of red beans with half cut tea (because the 1st issue is they’re totally out of lemonade, which doesn’t surprise me at this location)

Franchise owner should be ashamed! They close at 10pm! Placed online order at 9:15pm. Arrive to pickup at 9:30 and was told order had not been made yet. An employee said they would drop the chicken to make the order and the older woman working there told them not to drop it. She said kitchen is closed at 9pm and all we can get is what was made before then and has been sitting there. We informed her the order was already paid for and she said she cannot cancel or refund it and that I can call Popeyes and try to get refund. They turned away 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru while we were trying to pickup the order inside. All hours listed for this location including their door say 10pm. Employee even said 10, but they stop cooking over an hour before that? Just close the place after you decide you are done cooking for the day! This place needs better management if it cares about the customers!

The only thing that makes sense to me is that this place is deliberately run this poorly so that it operates at a loss and the franchise owner can write It off. consistently takes 30 minutes from the time you get to the speaker in the drive-thru until you get your order that will probably be wrong. The other area locations are a normal experience. It’s faster to drive to the Rogers location and order than to attempt to get food from this one.

I went through the drive thru to place my order. When I got to the window was asked if I wanted bone-in or tenders. I wanted bone-in. I noticed none of the staff had uniforms on. The older lady had a T-shirt on with no bra at all and was wiping her face on her shirt. Very unprofessional. The next thing I know they give me my food. When I got home it wasn’t what I had ordered at all. It was tenders that were tasteless and dry, mashed potatoes were cold, red beans and rice were old, and the biscuits were hard with some already falling apart. It looked like they threw everything in the bag. I had ordered dessert also but was afraid to eat it. This is the third time I’ve had issues here. I will not be returning and I will spread the word. To bad this is a newer building. I thought it had promise. I suggest corporate going in and starting over with this location and the one in Rogers.

This was my first experience with Popeyes. Customer service wasn’t great. They forgot every side item and only gave me my main items. I had to go back and get the rest and they made it seem like that wasn’t true. The food didn’t live up to the hype. The fries didn’t taste like much more then fries and the spicy sandwich was spicy but just spicy, wasn’t much flavor to the spice. The chicken nuggets I got for the kids were good and their Mardi gras mustard was incredible.

This Popeyes is very inconsistent. I go a few times a week. Today was the worst experience of all. I went before the line got busy and placed my regular order. I was denied a “custom” order. I waited in line for over 15 minutes just to get to the window. When waiting for my food, they basically never made my order and were scrambling to find my order. The manager on duty at about 7PM on 5/17/23 showed no urgency at all on finding a resolution and getting me my order. After waiting about another 5 minutes, I told the gentleman that “it’s okay, don’t worry about it” and drove off. Time and time again the management at this location is hit or miss. I tend to have the most issues after 5PM. There are some extremely rude elderly women that provide terrible service. The management at this locations shows no effort to ensure their customers have a good experience. Food at Popeyes is typically hit or miss and as a consumer I can accept that, but the least you can offer is proper service to the customers coming to pay for their food.
