TODAY 7/31/2024 I went through the drive-through at the Broadway location, & ordered a two piece combo the thigh and the leg TERRIBLE; they were both dried up and there was hardly any chicken. The mac & cheese was full of grease and brown chunks in it. I drove around to the other side of the building and had to get back on the road to do so because of the heavy traffic and the downtown area. I stepped out of my vehicle and went into the Popeyes inside at the register and stood in line and waited my turn, to ask for a manager to replace one of the pieces of chicken in my box. It was HORRIBLE!
I was meant by a frustrated employee who was disgruntled named TAYLOR, who was very rude to me and said that she would text her manager and ask if she could replace it or not while I was sending there. There were four other people coming in and out of the restaurant saying that it should’ve been replaced already I stood there for another 10 minutes while four people were checked in and out in the line. TAYLOR had went to the back of the restaurant behind the cooks to hide from me and never came back. I was still standing there 15 minutes later and the lady at the cash register was very nice. She told me that TAYLOR would have to be the one to determine if they replace the piece of chicken or not, TAYLOR came back to the counter and said that they were not willing to replace it. I said well I’ll show this picture on my review today online it was terrible. The mac & cheese was full

They gave me NO honey for the biscuit. They gave me NO hot sauce. They gave me NO napkins and when I asked for a fork, she said “here you go” and threw one on the box TERRIBLE CHICKEN. THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS NOT GOOD TODAY!! ALL I WANTED WAS A RESOLUTION. INSTEAD, I WAS MET WITH RUDENESS BY TAYLOR.

Ordered 3 dippers and 2 orders of ghost wings. I made an extra effort to ask the lady at the drive thru window, to please make sure the ghost wings dab apollo hot sauce was in the bag. She told us to pull forward. When we received our order, the 3 boxes of dippers were half empty. And they gave us every hot sauce EXCEPT for the one I specifically asked for. Not only did they not say anything about an extra charge at the window (which we paid) BUT the sign out front literally said the last dab apollo sauce came with the ghost wings. It’s ridiculous how many employees they have, to be this careless and inconsiderate. The staff was rude and they charged us 3 dollars for the sauce.

We ate here the other night. The food was great hot and fresh. The front register guy was friendly and kind he saw i was on a cane and brought our food to table. The best trip to any Popeyes in a while as we were out of town. This Popeyes is the one you should go to,!!!!!!

Forgot my red bean and rice told me to drive from otter creek downtown with the box of food just because they forgot it. Then said the chicken had to be in the box in order for me them to replace it. Just don’t make any sense and a complete waste of my money. Horrible location

1st time here and terrible service. Ladies in front were rude, and the food clearly was a 2/10. Biscuits were hard and unflavorful. Macaroni looked like a squished orange. Fries and chicken sandwich were alright but I asked for dipping sauce twice and still didn’t get any.

Came through spent almost $30! They got my order wrong I’m in rush our traffic rushing trying to get to my child and I call the store the manager was rude AS HELL!!! I literally can’t stand poor customer service! I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER!!! And the manager hung the phone up in my face because they got it wrong!!!

Chicken tenders were cold, tasted old and hard to chew.
11/4/22 tried this location again. Same result. The mashed potatoes and macaroni were horrible, The biscuits felt like it was frozen and, the chicken tasted old. Yes, I ate the because, time didn’t allow me to go anywhere else. Never again.
