The staff at this location is on point. I don’t eat here often but every now and then would like a treat day. The food is always hot and fresh. My order is always on point and they give out a sufficient amount of napkins. Definitely swing by to check them out sometime.

We ordered through drive through. We ordered the new bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich and a spicy four piece and three sides. We received one of the sides which looked like it had been sitting there for hours and the chicken sandwich was just a spicy chicken sandwich. When we went back to go get our missing sides they spoke to us like it was our fault we didn’t have them. Customer service sucks here. Everyone was standing around on their phones and we had to shout at the employees to get help. Service doesn’t deserve any stars.

This is the second time now that I’ve made an online order, got to the restaurant, and had to wait for 30 minutes only to be told that they hadn’t seen my order yet and they were out of the chicken I wanted. Had to go through the app to cancel my order, which means a 24 to 48 hour response time from some random customer service person on the other end, when they could have easily handled it in store. There were racks of chicken fresh and ready, but for some reason they couldn’t read an online ticket. Customer service is trash, I will never, ever purchase another single item there again. Escalated to corporate, you might be fine going through the drive-thru but don’t try ordering online there because they’re NOT going to get it right.

I told my wife I’d give Popeyes Chicken on Cam Robinson in North Little Rock one more chance! But was very disappointed ! The lady at the register gave 2 customers their money back 2 of the employees were cussing with each other as they were going of the store then another employee argued and left came back with his girl friend and went behind the counter ! All I can say is the whole crew needs to be fired !

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 12 peace chicken only with honey.I got to the window and they took my order and made me pull up to the double doors.The time was 6:52 pm on my receipt at 7:15 while I’m still waiting a customer walked in.The customer brings out my food at 7:20 while the manger holding the door for someone ion even know.I yelled why the customer bringing my food? The manger said I thought the coustmer was with me whole time I didn’t know her.I yelled gimme my money back and food,they are very unprofessional .While I was getting my refund he yelled at all the coworkers that “this is the last refund he’s giving” mind you it’s like 12 people working there all on they phone.I don’t recommend this at all !
