July 4th 2024, no customers, so this order should have been piping HOT!! fresh and done correctly. I ordered honey bbq wings. Order came out in record seconds, that should have let me know it wasn’t going to be ok. Wings were lukewarm and where’s the sauce? SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Only thing good was the sweet lady who took my order, she’s always so nice.

Trash service or lack there of. Set in the drive thru for 10 min with only the automated greeting. 4pm on a Tuesday evening, staff outside smoking and the drive thru window person on the phone caring less about customer service. I can see why you’re hiring.

Probably the cutest Popeyes I have ever been in actually. I wish I had taken a picture. The outside makes it look so sketchy haha but no the inside was super cute!! The staff was so sweet and friendly too!! It was actually very refreshing!! In the Popeyes in my hometown, all you’re gonna get is bad attitude. So this was super great and was a very pleasant surprise to have great service from a Popeyes.

Food is always cold, lobby doors were locked early. Very poor customer service from employees. There is an issue everytime I come here. I wait several weeks and try again and nothing ever changes! The owners need to do something..
They refused to make my food because they close at 11 and they could sell it all so they refused my order. Then the app would not give me my money back and the extremely rude little red head boy who was a manager didn’t know how to do his job and issue refunds.. calling the BBB Monday and the city manager!
Dear owner! I did use the mobile app and placed my order at 10pm or before. The app wouldn’t refund not let me cancel the order and it did not give an option for refund. It said the order was completed by the store. Still haven’t gotten my refund if you can make this happen please reach out to me . If not I am for sure calling BBB and city manager Monday.

I gave four stars because I ordered through the app and went through the drive thru. I was asked to pull around to the double doors. I sat for awhile and no one came out. I went back through the drive thru and they’d forgotten to bring my food out. Once I got the order it was wrong. The guy offered me to come in and he’d remake it. I declined because I had no more time to wait. What I like is the workers are very nice and friendly with smiles on their faces.

Popeyes is the only place I know of, other than chick-a-dilly. That makes spicy hot fried chicken. But unfortunately chick-a-dilly is in Eldorado and magnolia. And I love spicy hot chicken.
