Pre-ordered online. Had to pull out of drivethru window & wait another 22 minutes. Arrived home only to find a missing side order from our family meal. Had to make a 2nd trip. Totally unacceptable. Next time we’ll choose Leaders chicken, worth the extra mile to get good friendly service & good food.

First off the lady at the speaker was incredibility rude then I had to wait 25 minutes extra with 3 more people waiting behind me just to get a horrible looking smushed chicken sandwich, stale fries that were burnt and I order a apple pie and instead got a caramel apple cheesecake which I didn’t even order, The lady which I’m assuming is the manger didn’t even apologize for the 25 minute when she handed me the food and looked annoyed that she had to hand it to me. Then I see one of the workers go out for a smoke break while they had 3 more cars waiting for their food. This has been the 3rd time in a row they have messed up my order and have made me wait an extra 25 minutes! This place is so trashy and unprofessional even for a Popeyes. I would advise you to never go near this place just go somewhere else!!!

Pulled in the line is out to the road. Decided to go in maybe it would be quicker. Walk in go to the counter and the girl tells me “the inside is closed. You can go through drive through”. Obviously she hasn’t seen how backed up drive through is. Or maybe she doesn’t care. Maybe, customer service isn’t what they strive for. Why is the door open if inside is closed? Why do I need to wait in the drive through line for what has been at LEAST 15 mins already and still haven’t gotten to the speaker. Oh yea that’s right because the inside is closed. Which makes the line longer than it needs to be which makes people wait longer than they should. Popeyes is already expensive!! But now let’s make you wait to spend $50 on chicken in the drive through line. Really? Do better Popeyes. Yall should really be kissing peoples behinds for spend their hard earned money on chicken that cost this much. Instead, we tell them to go back out and get in line out there.

The food was good but the service was very poor, per usual with Popeyes. Once ordering our food, we waited anywhere between 15-20 minutes before recieving our order in what is deemed “fast food”. In addition to the wait time, the worker who brought our food out dropped a biscuit in the parking lot as well as gave us the wrong side dish. Overall very poor experience.

This place has gone down hill bad! Made a mobile order 20 minutes out for now. Get here to pick up the order and still having to wait 10 minutes + and counting! This is ridiculous.
