Tried this Panera location for the first time for breakfast. The place looks nice, and my sandwich was good. I tried to order a chai latte, but their latte machine was out of order, so they couldn’t make any lattes at all.
The only thing I really think they should improve is calling out orders. I waited about 10 minutes and didn’t realize my food had been sitting there ready. This has happened to me at other Panera locations too, and it feels a bit unorganized.
Overall, the food is fine and the place is nice, but they definitely need to improve how they notify customers when orders are ready.

Coffee machine was down so no latte. Normal coffee was cold. Cinnamon bagle tasted like onion. Must have been in same bin. Two people. Bagle cream cheese and coffee each and it was $22… bad service… and they asked for a tip.

The food is good. On October 9, 2025, around 5:20 pm, we visited the restaurant to spend some quality time with my daughter. The teenagers preparing the food aren’t very smiley, but they aren’t rude either, unlike an elderly woman wearing a blue polo shirt who was very rude. This is very sad because we love eating at Panera.

if you order a drink make sure you get the whole thing. only got half a cup of chai latte and even the manager said it’s supposed to be that way “because of the foam the cup is full”

Lady taking our order was ok, it comes to the food when it gets bad. I seriously recommend going to subway or a gas station to get sandwiches. Ordered a BLT and got half a piece of bacon on it. Ridiculous. Don’t come here. Snooty privileged workers that view this location as a “hangout spot” not a workplace, very low levels of professionalism. Grow up. Lower prices. Make decent food. More bacon.

We no longer visit this particular Panera. The food is too expensive, our orders are rarely correct & the worst part? The incredibly rude & disrespectful workers in the drive through. A couple of the kids are great, but sadly the majority are horrific. The management has created this problem & deflects responsibility in every way possible. I refuse to pay a premium to get verbally abused by an out of control teenager with purple hair. The entire store needs a hard reset.

The girl who works the drive thru with the red hair is extremely rude, unapproachable, and should not be dealing in customer service!! I go to this Panera all the time and both times I’ve encountered her it hasn’t been pleasant!! Panera, I will be writing a letter about this.

I usually don’t post bad reviews unless they’re really bad, but 5 of the last 10 times I’ve eaten here, there’s been an issue with my food or order. This is one of the most recent times. This is the chipotle chicken avocado melt that has almost VERY little chicken, almost no avocado, and was cold. The people there are usually nice but the food is hit or miss.

I had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad with chips. The sandwich was very good. Plenty of chicken and very fresh lettuce.
