Not sure who put Chris in charge, but that was probably the best decision this Popeyes has ever made. I’ve been living here since 2023 & REFUSE to spend my money there because of how rude and unprofessional the staff members were. Went into Popeyes tonight to pick up a mobile order i placed the night before and didn’t get because they were closed. side note: the app says the store is open until 11:30 and it isn’t. So, I was told to get down so that they could better understand the situation. I honestly was ready for an arguing match. But I received the complete opposite. The manger on duty, Chris, was well mannered, easy going, and more than happy to accommodate me. I got my order with a SMILE & an invitation to return! THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE, thanks Chris!

Popeyes has always been a staple in Louisiana. I have friends in Texas whom crave coming down for a visit to eat their food, but this location is a disgrace to the name. Horrible food, horrible service. Louisiana prides itself on hospitality, but these people left an elderly man waiting for over 35 minutes, a worker finally walked out to hand my husband and I “inedible” food, looked at him and walked away, this man said, “Excuse me, do I need to go through the drivethru to get service?”
She said, “nah we got a kiosk ya see dat.” He responded, “Ma’am can you help me with it.”
THIS WOMAN WALKED AWAY AND LEFT HIM STANDING THERE.
Strike one!
Strike two had us pay for food, then brought it out and said they were out of half of what we had paid for.
Strike three get home food is deplorable, call, no one picks up!

CORPORATE needs to send people in to fix this location. Please.

Horrible service, waited at the speaker for 10 mins was told to hold on when I said hello, still no answer, that is truly ridiculous i left, no one is the lobby and the line behind me was 3 cars which after going to the mcdonalds next door we watch those cars go through the same process of sitting. This is ridiculous because this is not the first time this has happen at this location they truly need to get it together coming from a manager of a fast food restaurant

The store is horrible! Every time I order I have an issue with something and since I order online, I can’t be refunded. I have to order online otherwise we will be waiting over 15 minutes for food or asked to pull up. My recent order was horrible and I even asked them to change it at the window and she didn’t change anything (it was still dark meat when I ordered white meat). I shouldn’t have to check my food twice for it to be correct. They were also missing red beans and fries which she corrected but the fries were cold (they always are)! I don’t understand why we always have this issue at this store. At this point, we won’t be ordering from this store unless something changes or we dine in because drive thru is horrible!

The rudest staff I have encountered in a long time. After walking up to the window after waiting over TWENTY minutes the lady immediately gets rude and disrespectful saying “what did you have”. Then walks out after another 10 minutes and tells me she looked through all her tickets and couldn’t find my order do I have my receipt? Like what it was a mobile order i don’t have one.
Then asked do i want a refund? Clearly bc you still don’t have my food.
Weird she was able to find my order to refund me.. I will NEVER stop here again

I did an online order for a bundle box with three breasts, three thighs, and a box of nuggets. I got the nuggets, and 6 breasts. They didn’t tell me when I showed up at the window that they didn’t have any thighs. Not happy.

I understand Ms T was overwhelmed but I didn’t expect to come off a 3 hour drive to get cold chicken. I waited patiently in your lobby watching you work hard. I also watched you fix my box of chicken and leave it on the counter open for 20 mins while my shrimp cooked for another 12 mins. You guys gave me my Order with cold chicken and hot shrimp. When I asked for some hot chicken, you treated me like I was the reason your cook line didn’t drop the shrimp when it hit their line monitor. YOU said I’d have to wait another 15 minutes… which was ridiculous. And I left. With my cold chicken and hot shrimp. I still told you thank you and I hope you have a better night. I will never come back to your location because of your unnecessary rudeness and attitude. If you don’t have the proper staffing then close your dining room. This Popeyes location will never get my business nor respect again. Thanks Ms T

Pulled up here at 11:45, 4 cars in drive thru. No, patrions in the building. Waited in line till 12:03 to give order. Got to window paid, was asked to back up. We ordered 3 $5.00 dollar chicken wraps finally got them at 12:11. We eat here often, it seems the quality and wait times get worse everyime!

This location is notorious for EXTRA LONG WAIT TIMES even if placed ahead of time by mobile app. There could be no cars in line and no one inside of the lobby and they will routinely ask you to pull up or park until food is ready.
